Loved the appointment. Very spacious by London standards. Clean, comfy and warm and homely. Only complaint would be that there was no mattress protector on the beds. I hate that! I would have given the accommodation four stars, BUT...our inclusive breakfast was terrible. The restaurant manager Kevin was extremely rude to my friend and I. Treated us with disdain when... More

While this hotel was a little on the expensive side the rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. The premises were vast and had all the services needed. A bar and restaurant that served good food and drink and staff that were very attentive. The gymnasium, pool and spa area were quite luxurious and again well staffed. The location was... More

Bathtub was blocked, had to come out from the dirty water feeling gross. Reported it but the reply was 'technicians are not available at this time'. so expensive place to stay where maintenance's been poorly kept. Also, children swimming area is just the one narrow lane, couldn't even enjoy swimming !!!! Free Wifi? just for a few hours? felt like... More

Dear Geri, please accept our apologies for the drainpipe blockage. It is not acceptable and we are very sorry. I have reviewed the maintenance logs and noted that it was reported at 11pm. Unfortunately, we do not have anyone onsite at this time to attend. Alternatives were offered, but I appreciate this still caused you discomfort Wi-Fi is free and... More

The Dolphin House is within a 5 min walk from Pimlico tube. Only 4 stops down from Euston Station. This made it very easy to get around London. The rooms are large and well equipped with a microwave and fridge. Bathroom had a shower over the bath and there was always plenty of hot water. Rooms are serviced daily with... More

Stayed here for 2 nights recently in a room with limited kitchen facilites. Great location but not well signposted inside. If I hadn't been shown to my room I'd still be looking for it. Lighting in room not great and non frosted glass on ground floor bathroom window not helpful! But very clean and bed was comfy.

Dolphin Square has long been known to us, so no real surprises. It had undergone a bit of a spruce up since out last stay and is now adorned in neutral (some might say a tad boring) tones. We rented a two bedroom flat for three nights in February. The bedrooms were big and with good sized bathrooms. Beds were... More

We stayed at the Dolphin Serviced Apartments for 4 nights whist visiting London. A super location, quiet apartments and so central we walked everywhere. The swimming pool and spa were a real bonus. We had a super stay and will stay there again...

Great discovery. A part of London that I hadn't stayed in before. The neighbourhood was pleasant and peaceful, while being well connected and c!ose to the action. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The separate bedroom was quiet and could be completely closed off from the living room. Loved the gym and pool - a real asset for... More

This is not a traditional hotel - but a selection of apartments available to rent within a very large apartment block. The entrance to the reception is not that obvious so I did need to ask another resident for directions. Signposting within the complex to the actual apartments is non existent and the reception staff (although very friendly & welcoming)... More

I liked this hotel/apartment. People were friendly and it was convenient. Lovely neighborhood and only one stop from Victoria which if your doing tours comes in handy. No restaurants nearby but they do have a nice pub & grill on site that has some delicious choices. They also have a supermarket, produce, hairstylist, and sandwich shop, on site. The pool... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
