Great quality bed and bedding, superbly comfortable. Spacious studio layout and whole building style made me feel more comfortable about a long term stay - it resembles and feels more like an apartment block than a hotel. The facilities are great - lovely swimming pool and spa - and convenience shop on the campus. Very convenient for Pimlico tube station... More

We recently stayed at Dolphin House Apartments for a weekend break. We had booked a studio apartment, but on arrival we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which we were very grateful to receive. The apartment was large with a separate living room, large bathroom and good sized bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed and lots of... More

£84 for a Double Room in Central London, I didn't know what to expect, but took the plunge!!! I was very pleasantly surprised by the quirky set-up of Dolphin House. Couldn't fault the room - perhaps a little too warm (but it is summer). Huge bed, brand new everything, sparkling bathroom & BIG water glasses. Felt slightly unsure about the... More

Dolphin House was recommended to us by a friend and we would also recommend for families. It is conveniently located close to central London. The Pimlico tube stop is about 5 minutes walk away so getting around London from Dolphin House is very easy. The facilities look a little dated, but everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are of... We travelled from Australia as a family of six (kids, parents and grandparents) so hotel accommodation was a little difficult. But Dolphin House solved our problems. We were able to book a three bedroom apartment, all with ensuite facilities. Well located near Pimlico station, this was a great base to explore London. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with kitchen,... More

We stayed here as a family of 6 (4 adults snd 2 small kids) and had a pretty good experience. Overall the apartment was spacious (very spacious by UK standards) and comfortable, but I think a private air BNB type apartment would have been better value. At around £400 per night expectations were high and not met. The positives: lots... More

We stayed a night here whilst in London attending a friends party. The room was very nice and spacious with a small kitchen area consisting of a sink, microwave, kettle and plates etc. There is a small shopping arcade attached to the complex which must be very convenient if staying for a longer period of time. The breakfast was good... More

having spent much on my time in London over the last 3 years in various Holiday Inn's I was unbeliving when Dolphin House popped up on my company travel portal in the same price range. Excellent location just a few min's off the Kings Road - Chelsea. Tube station within 5 mins', on site parking, a gym, a bar and... More

Great staff, nice clean rooms, very comfy beds. We thought no aircon would be a problem but even though the days were hot, we got a nice breeze at night. Included breakfast was good and the staff coped well despite bring very busy (Wimbledon was on). Being able to use the laundry was an added bonus. We would use this... More

We are so thrilled to have lived up to your expectations! How great we were able to make your 5 day stay during Wimbledon so memorable. Our 24 hour laundry room is something our longer stay guests find very useful. I will of course pass on your kind words to the team. We hope you'll choose Dolphin House again for... More

We so appreciate your review title. At Dolphin House we understand the most important aspect of a stay is a great nights sleep. All our apartments and guest rooms are furnished with hypnos mattress's - a similar standard found in most leading 5 star properties. It is very gratifying to know you were so relaxed during your stay. Hope fully... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
