My experinace in this hotel was good, I enjoyed many nights almost 5 nights, the suite were big with small kitchen, the bathroom was big too, but when you take a shower the water go everywhere because it's not well covered ( the shower area). the location is great where you can find underground nearby just few minutes walking. and... We stayed here for two nights when we came to our daughter's graduation at the Albert Hall. At the time of booking, two nights pre-paid was fractionally more expensive than a Premier Inn and the room was wonderful. We had a large basement room with a kitchen area ( hob, microwave, washing machine, iron etc) and a big comfortable bed... More

stayed for three nights in one bed room plus one living room and one bath room suite. The bath room is quite big and you can put your luggage in this room. the sofa bed in the living room is also comfortable and two people can sleep on it very well. It has good kitchen machine and washing machine. You... More

Even our apartment on the lower ground floor was light and delightful. This is true luxury apartment living at a good price and an excellent choice for those who want somewhere to stay without needing hotel services. There are loads of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was well equipped with modern facilities and style. Its proximity to the Kensington... More

We stayed here last month for 4 nights, after reading some very complimentary Tripadvisor reviews. Overall, we were pleased with our stay but there was some significant issues we faced. The good - As some reviewers have already mentioned, the rooms are very large. We booked the cheapest 'Studio' room and I think that in comparison to most London hotels... More

I picked this location on a recommendation from Expedia while booking my flight. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Hotel is conveniently located close to museums, restaurants and the tube. Room was a junior suite on the main floor, very spaciousness, clean and equipped with kitchen and small washer dryer combo. The interior doors were our only minor... More

Since our stay here 3 years ago the whole place has been refurbished with tasteful redecoration. You get what you pay for. This is well appointed. In a nice area and very close to many attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned very well each day. I would stay here again.

Was on a trip with several friends in January and stayed here during our time in London at the last leg of the trip. The location is ideal because it's only a couple well-lit blocks from the Tube, and there's a grocery, bank, and several restaurants close by. It was great to have this place as home base, easy to... The rooms are extremely large by London standards, while prices are the same as similar high quality hotels in the area. I normally stay here on business trips because the rooms are so spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Wooden floors are a big plus, as well as the little kitchenette. The area is very central and the hotel is just... More

Wow this was a super place to stay while in London. Close to the Tube and restaurants in an upscale area. The room had everything we needed to enhance our stay. On the down side, I experienced an annoying brrrrrrrr every minute to two minutes for about 3 seconds for the entire night, every night we were there. Another guest... More
