Came to London to visit with my boyfriend and after a day of shopping we needed somewhere to go as we live too far away. We found this place for a reasonable price on hostelbookers.com.. It was not a pleasant visit at all and it was so awful that we could not sleep all night and ended up leaving and... More

This place is awful. We had a broken window, dirty sheets, unclean room and the service is dreadful. We could hear people shouting all night. I would definitely warn people to avoid here and the price is not worth tolerating this place.

I've just stayed a couple of nights here and it's an awful, terrible place. The shower- shared between eight people- was broken. Breakfast is served in the bedrooms, yes, but that's because there's no dining room here. There doesn't appear to be a reception room either. Breakfast was two slices of toast and three tablespoons of cornflakes served in a... More

A very nice room at a competitive rate. Friendly staff. Would recommend and return in the future. Only let down was a noisy boiler in the room otherwise very good. Breakfast served was as expected but room service was given which was a nice surprise.

I am really surprised that this hotel has such bad reviews; I think that people are forgetting that this is not a five star hotel so they should not even expect a luxury room. Me and my cousin stayed here for four nights in May, and we had a great time! Our twin room had absolutely everything we hoped for... More

Pro: Walk around the corner for tours etc, Victoria station, breakfast delivered to your door and internet, tv. Con: old, broken things, crappy shower. If money was invested into fixing this hotel it would be fantastic.

Room was Ok, but mattress very uncomfortable, broken curtains,I struggled to draw the curtains. I spent there one night with my daughter,we couldn't sleep since 1:30 am as some couple was very noisy in room next to us.

damp mould up walls, dirty, filthy worn carpets, cheap beds brought 20 plus years ago and don't even go there about the sheets you don't get towels or even soap I would not let someone I don't like stay there
