Outstanding value for a hotel in such a cracking location - 2 mins walk from Tower Bridge and the Tower. Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel for a short break.

This Premier Inn is a five minute walking distance from the tube station which is ideal for a London city break. The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and the hotel looks brand new. Overall a great stay and we'd come back again if in London.

My wife stayed there for just one night, and our friends and I were supposed to join her, but we quickly changed to another hotel. The wifi did not work, apparently being under repair, and neither did the safe in the room, also under 'change of provider.' Not informing us in advance is bad ethics. We were disappointed as we... Five minutes walk from Tower Hill tube this hotel is cheap and provides a good base for a London visit. Room is modern, staff friendly. Even though our room overlooked the train lines you cannot really hear them go past.

The hotel is lovely, very clean and comfortable. However going for dinner was a whole new experience, we went down at 7pm we were shown to our table and then waited 20 mins before we were even asked if we wanted a drink!! By which time my 2 children were already getting impatient! 3 members of staff were present, 1... More

This hotel is not in Tower Hill. It is sandwiched between the Royal College of Psychiatrists and an old Catholic church in a historically interesting street in Whitechapel that was flatten by the Luftwaffe and then desecrated by corporate architecture. On the other side of the RCPsych is Magdalen Passage, marking the former location of London's Magdalen Hospital. Google Magdalen... More

we stayed for 2 nights at this well situated hotel (good for Aldgate tube for Wembley Stadium - 10 minute walk, Tower Bridge & Tower of London - 5 minutes). It is easy to find, even at night. We checked in online which made our arrival as easy as can be. The check in staff were very helpful. We had... More
