Terrible night's stay caused by broken windows that would not close and trains late at night and early morning. Staff didn't react other than to ask if everything else was okay. Emailed Premier Inn who will refund for the stay but won't pay for a night in another Premier Inn even though it's at least £60 cheaper. My employer paid... More

A clean comfortable room, friendly staff & great food options really made our stay here worthwhile. Close to the tube station and attractions such as the Momument and the Tower of London. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Great location, less than 5 mins from Tower Hill tube and very easy to get to all the attractions. . We had a lovely large, light and very clean room at the front of hotel and the bed was so comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them. Lovely breakfast. Great place to stay... More

Had a great three night stay with my daughter at this Premier Inn Hotel. It's just a five minute walk away from Tower Hill station and also very close to St. Katharine's dock where there are many restaurants and bars to choose from. Across the road from the hotel there's also a family friendly Weatherspoons pub. Staff was very friendly... More

Stayed here for one night on a work trip. No room service was a bit disappointing (I hate eating in restaurants alone and it was quite late). Room was very clean and bed exceptionally comfortable as advertised. Tap was stuck in the bathroom meaning the shower didn't work, but this was resolved within 20 mins or so of reporting by... More

I have stayed in a few Premier Inns around the UK and although this isn't the best one, there are a few aspects that have made this stay particularly good. - Big room - Comfortable bed - Good breakfast - Quiet restaurant (great for the solo traveller) - Great location (close to training course location) - 24/7 WiFi & Freeview... Arrived after 23hr flight early before check in time. Our luggage was secured with unlimited access. On check in room was not what we had requested, apology from reception staff and another suitable room made available immediately. Good size room very comfortable and clean.
