Another brilliant premier inn. We stayed for three nights in February. our room was spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable and it was nice and quiet. We had a breakfast each morning which was excellent, as much as you could eat. It really set us up for the day. The staff as with all premier inns we have stayed... More

I spent four nights at tis Premier inn. The family room was spacious and clean. Location was fine. Staff was brilliant. I had a nasty accident in the evening and the staff helped me in a most excellent manner. Very concerned and relieved when it turned out I had had a lucky escape. This is a good chain of hotels... Stayed here for three nights with breakfast last week. Excellent value for money. Room was compact with basic requirements. It was all that we needed as we were out most of the time. Room was clean and well serviced. As advertised, a good night's sleep came with the room. Breakfasts were very tasty with a fine selection. As always at... More

Staff members are friendly and professional leaving a very good impression. All members are fantastic but Sunny and Nikita Really made a good impression on our arrival up until departure. London Tower Hill is an amazing experience if you need a little break! I also recommend London Tower Bridge - Premier Inn, fantastic and memorable service at both hotels leaving... More

I stayed in the Premier Inn Tower Hill due to a course I was embarking on at the back end of the W/C 9/2/2015. The food is decent, and you know what you're getting with the beds and the rooms. I found my room was very spacious, which was handy as my Wife was joining me for the last night... More

I stayed here for two nights whilst on a course near Tower Bridge. The staff on reception were friendly and efficient, and my room was clean and spacious. I spent some time studying in my room, and found it comfortable and well sound proofed. The air con responsive when I needed a bit more warmth. I didn't eat in the... More

Had the misfortune to stay at this Premier Inn during a business trip recently as the one I usually stay at which is almost next door to my London office was full. I wasn't entirely sure of the location and the gentleman on reception whom I spoke to was extremely thorough with his directions to get there and assured me... More

Although maybe not situated in the most ideal location (beside a one-way ring road with little or no parking), the hotel was brilliant. Very clean, very friendly staff who do their utmost to keep you happy. The rooms are very clean. The restaurant is a godsend and the locality of the hotel is good for the nearby tourist attractions i.e.... More

Great location right net to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. By far it was the best priced hotel in the area. Good standard of quality, great beds and a nice little bar at the entrance. The breakfast was good with a great selection and a decent full English to get off to a good start!
