You know what you get with premier inn. Location excellent, restaurant very good and close to tube and Tower Bridge. My only complaint was staff smoking outside an exit in masses and the smoke smell travelling in as they all came back in. Unprofessional for me. Only happened once but not nice.

Fabulous staff; friendly polite and welcoming. Attentive to all our requests. Clean quiet rooms on the ground and third floors. Good location for a city visit, just a short walk from the underground station.

There really is nothing to complain about at this premier inn. Everything from checking in right through to checking out. The meal deal they do really is very good value for money and the location is perfect for the tube and some of the sights of London.

I thought it was a nice experience overall. The check in staff are nice and location is very good. Insulation is good so you cannot hear noise next to you. However, I heard noise from then corridors including large groups of kids running and shouting in the corridor so therefore I would suggest better insulation on the main door to... More

Great location, good value accommodation. Staff are v welcoming and very efficient. The premier inn beds are v comfortable and the room was well sound proofed. Unusually I had a good nights sleep. Have paid twice as much for worse hotels in town. First time in a Premier Inn and definitely not the last

Arrived here gone 10pm for a one night stay. The staff were still bright and helpful, room was great as was breakfast. I am now going to use this as the base for a short break with my family. Based on my experience I'm obviously recommending this hotel.

This was good value for a family of 5 in two rooms and a great base four our 3 days sightseeing. Positives: Big king bed, cosy duvets/quilts, tea/coffee making facilities in room (Twinings/Kenco), spacious rooms, hot showers, large shower cubicle with seat, big bathtowels; all non-smoking, quiet (despite location) and dark at back and side of hotel at night, so... Easy to find, near the Tower of London and Tower Hill tube stop. Hour or so's walk from the centre if you don't like the tube. Only half hour free WiFi but only £3 for 24 access. Great bed/mattress. Take your own shampoo/conditioner if you don't like those mixed body wash/shampoo things. Towels are a bit thin but the shower... More
