NON-COMMUNICATIVE!! I've sent them 6 emails, not got any response. I called them twice and 2 non-english speaker answered the phone, hard to understand them or tell anything to them. Me and my parents stayed in a basic non-ensuite 3 person room. I suggest you not to do it. The room was afwully small, there were holes in the wall... More

This hotel is placed at 2 minutes walking distance from Holland Park Tube station, 7 minutes walkinf to Notting Hill gate. Otside the building is extremely nice. Otside it is really simple but comfortable. The rooms were well cleaned one only concern is that the bathroom was really really small and we booked a quadruple room but we were places... More

Oh dear Apart from the location, there isn't much to say, Even booking a superior room was a bad move as it just gets you a room that is standard for most decent hotels, except that it is on the top floor and the lift is broken. And it sounds like the lift has been broken for a while. And... More

To start with the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful and the lift didn't work. The smell of mould overwhelmed me as I entered the room, wallpaper hanging off, dirty bathroom, carpet coming up in the corners, so much condensation inside on the windows where more mould thrives. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid!!!

I work very close by, so stayed here after my Christmas party.. yes very cheap! But conditions were terrible. Firstly rooms are dirty, locks do not work properly. Staff are rude - when checking out there was no one to help you. Had to wait round for at least 15 minutes to check out. This is a hostel more than... More

Lot of people on here making far too much fuss over this place! It cost us £20 a head for 1 night and breakfast in Notting Hill. For that price the place isn't going to be the Hilton is it? It was warm, dry, quiet and had beds with coffee, toast and half English (definitely not full) thrown in. If... More

I am a business traveller to London and have stayed in many hotels and B&B's in London now and by far this is the worst one I have ever stayed in. Upon entering: Hotel looks fantastic from the outside and the stairway is beautiful but this is where it ends. There were no lights working outside the rooms on my... More

Stayed here twice and it's about the location for me, the hotel is basic and my suggestion is to book only the top floor rooms there the best. The hotel is situated in a great location easy access to the tube. Give it a go.
