We initially reserved a stay for four nights but were compelled to leave early and seek alternative accommodations, marking it as our most unpleasant hotel experience to date. The room was incredibly small, offering barely enough space to maneuver or open a single suitcase. Furthermore, cleanliness was an issue, with noticeable black dust on the bed sheets. The bathroom was so cramped it could hardly accommodate one person, lacking hand towels and providing only one towel per person without any toiletries. There was NO hot water for shower! Additionally, there was a complete absence of wardrobe space for hanging or storing clothes. Fyi we didn’t get a refund or an apology from them

I had a two night stay in London and thought I would pay a bit extra for what appears to be a quality room in a convenient location. What a disappointment it was, I would have had a better room and a higher standard of service in a chain hotel for less! My room was far from the spacious versions on the website, it barely fit the bed in and space for storing bags and other personal effects was paltry. There was barely any room to walk down one side of the bed, for example to close the curtains and to even get around to there you had to walk sideways between the foot of the bed and the wall unit, which itself was only a few inches deep, so no chance of having somewhere to place personal items, e.g. a handbag - the only unit to put anything down bigger than a hairbrush was the single bedside table in the far corner that you couldn't reach! The bathroom was similar, with the only place to put my toiletry bag was the towel rack. I couldn't fully open my suitcase, with the only space to even try was in front of both the main door and bathroom door (and its narrower than most standard sized cases). There wasn't anywhere to store it when not needed, even the construction of the bed meant it wouldn't fit underneath. If ever a hotel room was not fit for purpose it was this one. In addition to the size, the TV did not work and there was a deeply unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I reported both issues and when they realised I was only staying two nights they pretty much shrugged as if to say 'we don't need to bother with that then you'll be gone soon enough' and neither issue appears to have been addressed. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but this place does not deserve any positive praise and I hope I save someone else from wasting their money on a shoebox that stinks.

Overall the stay wasn’t too bad, the rooms are beautiful although it feels as if they have crammed as much stuff in the smallest amount of space. The bathroom was the size of the door. It was very modern the only downside was that the main door to the room was very thin that you could hear everything going on outside of the door from the tiniest footsteps to the cleaners or renovations. Therefore didn’t get much sleep with people going to and from winter wonderland. Another point is that you have to go through the fire exit door which wasn’t the nicest entrance or most secure to the rooms as anyone could enter. Overall it’s a great location, and modern room and kept nice and clean.

He room was infested with bugs, reception offered a can of bug spray, rude staff and invisible management. Emailed the hotel several times and still waiting for a response before I send video to environmental health department.

This was a perfect find and did everything we needed for somewhere to put our heads down for the night in London. Yes the room is small but we knew that when booking as the room size is clearly stated. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, toiletries, tea coffee, hairdryer, iron. It’s in a great location with lots of independent restaurants and close to two tube stations Perfect

Upside Great location - 5 minutes walk to Bayswater Underground/10 minutes to Queensway Underground. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Room cleaned daily. Nice fluffy towels. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo in the bathroom. Comfy double bed. Friendly Reception staff. Downside Undergoing construction - wasnt aware of this when booking. Arrived on a Saturday aftenoon to very noisy renovation work. Rooms are compact - as two backpackers, there was very little space for our medium sized bags. Shower unit was tiny - issues with comfortably getting in. An unannounced £50 deposit was payable - no extras offered to warrant this. Paper thin walls - heard almost every coversation taking place in the corridor.

The room was very small. They were doing heavy construction in the hallway both days I was there. It was very noisy and got dust everywhere. There was no warning or offer to change rooms. Not overly clean rooms. One positive was the location.

Myself and a colleague booked two of the studio suites as we needed somewhere to stay overnight after a work event and have to say we were absolutely delighted with our choice of hotel. The studio rooms are a good size with a very handy kitchenette including microwave etc and facilities were excellent. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable so enjoyed a good nights sleep, the bathroom is very good too and looks to be new. This is also one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and the rooms and public area`s were spotless and witnessed the housekeeping team cleaning with meticulous detail. Location of the hotel is great and only a short tube ride into the centre of the city, the other advantage of staying here is that immediately you come out of the hotel you have a very wide choice of restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will certainly return for our next trip to London and have nothing but praise for it.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and decided to stay there again. The rooms are very small yet efficient. They are clean and have comfortable beds. Luggage storage is not an asset. If you are backpacking it no problem. If your luggage won't fit under the bed, it will be in the way. They're remodeling the hotel and updating the rooms.

DO NOT STAY HERE - especially if you are a solo female traveller! I booked to stay in Nox Hyde Park in June 2023. at approximately 10pm, a strange man aggressively knocked on room 313 where i was staying (alone), waking me up, claiming to be a manager, and demanding to check the bathroom as there is a leak directly downstairs. When telling him through the closed door that there was no leak he still demanded to come in and view the room. I asked to see identification before he entered and he showed me a blank card whilst proceeding to walk into the room. I kept the door open and felt extremely uncomfortable with the whole situation. Upon check out i asked if there was a reported leak and the receptionist told me there wasn't. i told her the situation and she showed me a picture of the manager on shift that night and it wasn't the same man who knocked on my room door and told me to send an email to complain. Upon my email complaint, Saman Joseph (a ‘manager’) replied to my email and defended the situation, told me the ‘manager and a receptionist’ asked nicely to enter as if he/she was there and as if the problem was whether or not ‘the manager’ asked nicely! May i add, the room was in a corridor full of construction and dust! The worst experience of a hotel stay ever. I am disgusted that this was allowed to happen. I have reported it to the police and will let everyone know about this. I intend to take this matter further.
