The hotel is located on a fine location, near Hyde Park and close to 2 metro stations in a vivid street. Hower the rooms are too small, almost no space around the bed, no way to store your suitcases and a tiny bathroom. Breakfast is continental in a kind of classroom that is not fitted for the number of visitors.... More

The small rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly (occasionally little tired though, I quess small staff works long shifts). Good breakfast. All and all great value for your money. And the best thing is the location. Two subway stations at he same street, only stone throw away. In London thats the main thing if you there to see... More

This hotel sounds a whole lot grander then it is. The enterance you have to be careful of as if you blinked you would defiately miss the very small door on the high street of Bayswater just a stones throw from the tube station! On the plus side, a continental breakfast is included in the price and also complementary drinks... More

I stayed for 4 nights, and contrary to other reviews, there was a tv remote control in the room, and there was a very good choice of tv and radio channels. The staff on the front desk were very helpful - and very busy!! I had a single room, which contained a double bed, so there was hardly any space... More

We stayed for 2 nights in this "hotel". Staff unfriendly, rooms modern but small, bed was very flimsy (metal and cheap) pillows over used and need replacing, breakfast.... is a joke, eat out! Although cheap and in the bustling central location, I wouldn't advise a stay here. Bays water offers other hotels that care about the client so shop around.... More

The location is ideal. It's super central and lots of nice attraction surround the Bayswater area. BUT that doesn't make up for all of the following: You can easily miss the entrance oft his hotel as its inbetween restaurants on a street. It does not have a proper building, it is inside a building. Upon arrival you get the wonderful... More

Stayed here for two nights but probably couldn't for much more than that. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the subway, many restaurants and Hyde Park. The problem was the room we were in was very small with nowhere to store suitcases. It was, however, very clean and looked like it had just had a renovation, as... More

Small rooms, very noisy, uncomfortable bed, no furniture, not a good stay. Paint peeling off the walls, fire alarm went off twice, and sounds like the window is open at all times from the noise. No phone hooked up in room, light bulb missing from the lamp, seemed like a basic hostel. Free breakfast, decent location, OK TV channels, and... More

Costing £130/night this hotel felt more like a dirty hostel. Rooms are extremely basic. Two twin beds one very small closet with a safe, tv and bathroom. Bathroom was clean and looked newer. However, there were things crusted on the walls of the room near the beds, peeling paint and holes in the walls. If we weren't on a time... More

3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2014

Booked myself a single room for 6 nights and it was on the top floor. The staircase and hallway was very tight narrow, so it was a little bit challenging carrying a big suitcase all the way to the top floor. Very reasonably priced for a small but clean and tidy room. However, a deposit £10 is required for both... More
