Rooms are small, but big enough. No euro-sockets (though, stated on their website), almost impossible to figure out how to make hair dryer work. Cleans room, towels changed every day. Staff was really helpful and let us leave our bags at reception while we had time before our flight.

Completely different from the pictures. Room was cramped with no bedside table. Everything had to go on the floor. Dirty carpet. Dirty windowsill. Glorified hostel with rude and abrupt staff. Do not waste your money on this place. 69 we paid for one night and I wouldn't even pay a tenner. People trying my door all night. Anyone can walk... More

Saw lots of negative reviews regarding bathroom size.. But it was absolutely fine. Rooms were clean and comfortable for sleeping, the bathrooms were fine- the shower was actually pretty good! The staf were really helpful and let us leaves our bags in reception while we were out. Had a decent nights stay for a reasonable price, the location is good... More

Well what can I say, if you pay less than £300 for 3 nights in a central London hotel b&b for 2 people you are NOT going to get the Ritz. However what you do get is a very good Basic hotel. Ok no great frills but there is air-conditioning and having stayed on a very hot weekend was a... More

Nice little hotel conveniently located in Bayswater. It offers clean, but small rooms and is a great choice if you're not going to spend to much time in th hotel but in the streets of London. Nice staff and good breakfast. Queensway and Bayswater underground stations is just steps away and add value. I stayed there with my 17th year... More

This is more like an overpriced hostel. This place has small, bare rooms. The bathroom is even worse, you cannot even wash your hands (or face) in the sink without splashing water all over the floor or on your feet. There is not even a toilet paper holder. A side table to set the basic necessities is not provided, so... More

We stayed at RHPH for four nights. The room was small and a little cramped as we are all tall. The beds were clean but a little squeaky. The bathroom is tiny but felt fresh and schampoo and body wash was supplied. The hall from the elevator to the room is very narrow and may feel claustrophobic. There are stairs... More

The staff at the hotel during check-in was very rude, definitely not customer oriented when we asked some questions regarding hotel charges made prior to our arrival. The rooms were very, very small and bare. There was not a single decoration on the walls and it made me feel worst than staying in a hospital room. There were no curtains... More

We stayed there for a total of 3 nights which we could not back out since they made you pay for the full amount when you checked in. The tiny room we stayed has two single beds. I understand London hotels are generally lack of space but they do not even have a small night table or chair. We had... More

This place seems to get some bad reviews, I stayed last night with my daughter we had two rooms both were clean nice bed, okay they are small and you can't run about but they have a good shower and clean facilities, breakfast was nice, pretty basic but fine shame there was only instant coffee. My room was quiet as... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
