We stayed for two nights, friday-sunday, in a triple room with my mum and sister. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast that was included was much bigger than I expected and kept us full until lunch. I am very noise sensitive but did not have any trouble sleeping because it was very calm... More

Hotel in good location for walking to all the sites of London. Clean hotel nice staff and good price. Breakfast was enough for the price did experience some very greedy guests who cleaned out the baskets with food in I didn't see it getting replenished while they sat there. Hotel was very quiet and is non smoking. We had a... More

We´ve stayed on this hotel 3 nights. The attention of the staff was excellent, they explain you how to reach the tourist attractions and any other concern you could have. Regarding the location, it´s near to Victoria¨s Station, a few minutes walking from Buckingham Palace and St James Park. The breakfast is simple but good, sometimes you have to wait... More

we were made very welcome on a one night stop-over to see a concert at Wembley. The room was clean but very dated. No tea/coffee facilities in the room and bathroom/shower was the smallest I've ever experienced. no air condidtioning (and it was very hot on this occasion 4th July 2015) Breakfast was only continental style with toast and cereals.... If you're looking for an Americanized hotel room this is not it. I know some people have given it poor ratings but I found the hotel to be very convenient. Yes, the room was small but it was clean. Dated, yes but you're not going to a Hyatt right? When I travel I look for a clean property that is... More

When we arrived we had to ring the bell three times to gain access. Then we were asked to go downstairs in the basement to reception and pay for someone else's bill! £190 instead of £85!! Not a good start. The tiny room was on the top floor and had a bunk bed and a single. No towels or coffee... More

The host was welcoming and the service good, which is the only thing that saved this from being a lower rating. They kept our bags for us when we had checked out, another plus. And the hotel was really handy for Victoria trains and coaches. But there were just too many problems: 1 Sink in the ensuite leaked, so the... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
