Damn noisey staff that arrive at 6 a.m. knocking on windows and doors to get access to their place of work via their rear access door. Duty managers total rubbish. Perhaps as some staff can't read English the management should ensure their staff can read and write in English before employing them!

We spent 3 days here and loved it. Great home from home and perfect base for W London. We sampled the restaurant (in private members' club), the room service, the nearby gym, the extensive selection of Cowshed products, the free wifi, etc and enjoyed it all. A fab little boutique hotel, which I didn't expect a lot from but was very pleasantly surprised.
