Had a horrible experience here. I've stayed in some bad motels road tripping across the United States, but this place was by far the shadiest. I could go on and on and go into the details about how horrible the room is (and the airplane size bathroom), but you guys get the idea. It is so overpriced for what it... More

This is to clarify that our hotel policy is very clear either on our own web page or on the on-line reservation company web page. I and my staff are appreciated by most of our hotel guest for our politeness and friendliness. I can not recollect having any disagreement or conflict with my guest. We are a two star tourist... We stayed here in the middle of June. Hotel staff was super friendly from the start unlike many other customer service "professionals" in London. The rooms were pretty worn out, but not too badly for a three-night visit. The breakfast was ok with basic foods like eggs, beans, toast etc. Our room was facing the street and the traffic was... We stayed one night at Mandalay Picton House. The hosts were very kind and helpful to us. The airline we flew in on had lost our bag and we were moving on to another city after one night. The hosts actually seemed to care. They helped us get in contact with the airline and were asking us what they could... More

This person did not check the hotel policy before making a booking which clearly states that a non refundable one night stay will be charged. She then decided to cancel her booking and demanded her deposit back . I had explained the hotel policy several times to her and told her the deposit can not be refunded. She threatened me... More

As it is with all other hotels in Central London, the room is typically small but it's equipped with the basic necessities such as cable TV, a heater (since we were there in winter), a sink and beds which were made everyday. They also provide a change of towels and soap daily. Coffee and tea sachets along with a electric... More

Great place to stay very central, good price for room which includes breakfast. Warning if you have problems with stairs as there is no lift, they will help with carrying your luggage upstairs, very close to paddington train station and shops. Made to feel welcome would stay here again .

The owners here are warm, genuine, friendly people and the B&B is very well located and cheap (for London). But you get what you pay for and the rooms are small and very dated, tiny tv's, some nylon bedding, and miniscule shower 'rooms' which include a shower, sink, and toilet in some kind of cupboard that you step into and... Location Location excellent. The bed linen was clean.... This is the only good thing I could say about the b&b. The place stank of curry and spices and was very off putting. The room was tiny and very run down as was the whole of the b&b. I could sit on the loo, brush my teeth and take a shower... More

Hosts very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is a little rundown and very dated. The bedroom window was open with bars on so it would have been difficult to close it. Luckily, it was a very warm night so the breeze was a blessing. Breakfast was included in the price this was not even a full continental.so was a bit... More

The welcome couldn't have been friendlier, the owners are genuinely interested in their guests and can't do enough to help. Our triple room was small, but quite adequate and clean. For the location and the welcome you'll not find better value in central London.
