Had a horrible experience here. I've stayed in some bad motels road tripping across the United States, but this place was by far the shadiest. We stayed here in the middle of June. Hotel staff was super friendly from the start unlike many other customer service "professionals" in London. This place charges their fare hours later you cancel it , bad manners and more.. DONT go there, there are plenty of Hotels around better and wont charge you anything for cancelling nor when booking them , something that his Hotel should learn, apart from treating guests well It stinks

This person did not check the hotel policy before making a booking which clearly states that a non refundable one night stay will be charged. She then decided to cancel her booking and demanded her deposit back . I had explained the hotel policy several times to her and told her the deposit can not be refunded. She threatened me... More

Great place to stay very central, good price for room which includes breakfast. Warning if you have problems with stairs as there is no lift, they will help with carrying your luggage upstairs, very close to paddington train station and shops. Made to feel welcome would stay here again .

The owners here are warm, genuine, friendly people and the B&B is very well located and cheap (for London). Hosts very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is a little rundown and very dated. The bedroom window was open with bars on so it would have been difficult to close it. The welcome couldn't have been friendlier, the owners are genuinely interested in their guests and can't do enough to help. Our triple room was small, but quite adequate and clean. For the location and the welcome you'll not find better value in central London.
