Stayed here on business. A clean modern lobby with a bar that looked like it can be quite busy at times. Room was clean and fairly spacious by London standards, although the furnishings suggested Austin Powers. Staff was helpful and courteous. I will stay here again wen I return. More

I simply don't get the negative reviews here. My room was spacious, recently refurbished, spotlessly clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice and modern hotel. Globe Bar food at the hotel was shocking good. Very close proximity to Gunnersbury subway line which can take you everywhere in London. Buy a whole day pass costs around 10 USD if planned to use the subway more than 5 times per day. More

I stayed at the Moran on business and was unimpressed by it. It is an unfriendly hotel and although it is advertised as having a gym/ spa, both are a short walk away. Not at all conveniant. I booked this hotel through lastminute.com, using their service where your hotel is a secret until last minute. I asked for somewhere near Heathrow, with good access to the centre of London. Chiswick Moran hotel is in Zone 3, so people who need to get there by train as I did would need to buy the more expensive travel card.... More
