We choose this hotel, because the friends that were with us were on a tight budget and the hotel offered the cheapest option for the New Year's in London, we paid only 250GBP for 5 night for a quad room!Apart from the excellent location (Bayswater, I love it), the hotel was a total dump. When we arrived it took so long... more

Facilities are not clean, rooms/bathrooms are filthy. Spent a long time queuing to check-in. Lots of people around and no one to speak to. I admit the food at the business meeting was good but i would not recommend staying at the hotel if you are tired and need a good rest. If it is just a one night and... more

When we came to the hotel, our room wasn't available because they had given it to someone who had a leak in their room, so we had to sleep in another smaller room the first night. The smell was there from the second we walked in the door. We had some self-glowing stuff (fungus probably, - you could only see... more

The hotel is in VERY bad condition. The personel is not serviceminded at all. If you dont mind dirty toilets without toiletseats, bad smell, tiles ripped of the walls, plenty of dust and filth all over. Dont consider to go here. I have never experienced more rude behavior before. A spanish couple wanted another room because of bad smell, it was... more

we reserved this hotel through an online booking agent in November 2006 for a double with an ensuite. When we arrived they took the payment and did not tell us we had only a triple without an ensuite, not what we reserved!!! The room was terrible, old and smelt damp with a hole in the wall and insect trap on... more

Do yourself a favour, don't stay in this hotel! I was so dissappointed with this hotel that although I had booked for two nights, I ended up cancelling the second night and staying with a friend instead. There was old ash in the ashtrays, the floors hadn't been vacuumed and the carpet was heavily stained. The room smelt, the television... more

Agree with all the review, it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed! We reserved two night accommodation with a double en-suite. However, upon arrival they said no room was reserved, but managed to accommodate us for last night in a triple ensuite in the basement, which was filthy, and television is broken, there are no kettle, no cups,... more

Dirty, dusty, cold, unfriendly stuff. PEOPLE DON'T GO THERE¨!!! You should pay before you can see the room! Cancellation policy (hotel's web site): Less than 48 hours prior arrival one night charge - i refused to stay in this dirty hole, and MY CRERDIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR 4 NIGHTS!!! Sorry for bad english! more
