Me and my husband stayed here for three nights and we found it to be a decent place. The staff were friendly and, when we mentioned there was water leaking in the bathroom, they were quick to get it sorted. The location is great- a few minutes from Victoria station and about 10mins walk to Buckingham Palace. The surrounding area... More

First day at the hotel was easy and has friendly staff. The room was better then i through. Not like the photos you see on the site with unclean bath rooms, paint coming of the walls and doors. The hotel does what is says. It a low cost hotel that had basic rooms to stay in. The best thing is,... More

Absolutely terrible!!! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Total disgrace! We were not warned of building work taking place, whole front of the hotel was covered in scaffolding, the carpet on the stairs had huge holes in it on nearly every step and was totally filthy covered in plaster and muck from builders. The bathroom facilities were shocking, paint peeling... More

I stayed at Belgrave Houase Hotel for 6 days, last week, while i visited London and i can say that it is a fair hotel regarding quality and prices. The location is excelent, you can easily go by foot to visit the most important turistic objectives in London. Also, it is situated near supermarkets and several pubs, and also near... More

As has been noted on this thread, the Belgrave House Hotel is under-going renovation. This must be made clear before anyone starts complaining. I was lucky to have my room in the already-ficed-up part of the building, with nice white walls in the corridors and soft red carpets. My room was neat and clean, though the bathroom was a little... This hotel was the worst hotel I have stayed at in London. The hotel us very run down and old. The man working the front desk was not friendly or helpful. The toilet was so tiny that i had to stand outside it to brush my teeth. The shower sprayed the entire toilet. The view out my room was that... More

The hotel is really noisy, If you want to sleep a little longer then 7 am then i would not recommend this hotel, The problem is not the renovation the problem is the traffic as well as the people in above rooms. The quality is what you can expect from a budget hotel, But the rooms are clean. The shared... More

I wasn't expecting too much after reading some of the reviews for this place. It is dated and worn in a lot of places with the odd hole in the ceiling! But it is not dirty and my room was basic but fit for purpose. I stayed in a one bedroom room with shared bathroom and for £95 for two... More

Belgrave House Hotel is a nice, small hotel close to the Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. It suited us, because we needed to be close to Victoria train and coach station (just 5 minutes walking from there). Our room was a bit small but cosy and clean. There was a bathroom in it, which was very good for us. The... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
