Even though the location of the hotel is great, the cheaper rooms are minuscule and with no charm. The entrance of the hotel impressive and luxurious had nothing to do with the room that was on the back of the building . The receptionist was totally unprofessional and indifferent to rude ...

Cracked tiles and exposed wiring on a towel rail are testament to some serious underfunding. A promising building could be a great investment for someone. At the moment: a clean bed, 1980's kitchen and bad curtains await. Decent size rooms though.

We stayed here after a gap of almost 20 years mainly because we like the location. We stayed 7 nights in a 1 bed apartment. We were also very happy that they honored our early check in with a quiet room on a high floor. But their services have run down. We found it difficult to find English speaking housekeeping... More

My family stayed over when they visited. Chelsea Cloisters was close and the most reasonably priced in the area so I booked with a helpful lady in the office there. The apartment we had was clean and quiet and I must say I was suprised about how spacious it was, easily room for my parents and little brother. The maid... More

We stayed at Chelsea Cloisters for 1 night as we were attending a concert at Cadogen Hall. I had booked a studio apartment and on arrival was upgraded to a 2 bedroomed apartment on the 8th floor. The apartment was clean, basic with no wardrobe in the bedrooms but perfectly adequate for 1 night. The bathrooms were clean and the... More

I attended the London Art Biennale 2015 where I exhibited my artworks at The Chelsea Town Hall. My wife and I stayed at the Chelsea Cloister in January 2015. We experienced an excellent location, excellent price, and excellent service. The metro station, Piccadilly line from Heathrow Airport is just 4 blocks away from Chelsea Cloisters Jose Herazo-Osorio

When you think of Chelsea you think of luxury residence, sports cars and money and that is what you see as soon as you walk out the reception but these 'serviced apartments' do not belong in Chelsea The exterior is well kept, as is the reception, very spacious and easy access to the lifts and stairs. This is where the... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
