Loved our room. Cheaper than most hotels, in a brilliant location. Rooms are small but very clean with maid services. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Kitchen fully equipped with pots, plates and utensils. Loved it and will definitely recommend it.

We stayed here in march this year WHAT A BIG MISTAKE. We had booked 2 luxury apartments , 1 for me and my husband a and 1 for my son and his fiancee. We were told on arrival that they had electrical problems and gave us a 2 bed apartment It was so small you could hardly move. I complained... More

If you are looking for a short or long term stay within the heart of central London and live in the fantastic neighbourhood of South Kensignton, then you should not look any further. Ideally placed between South Ken station and Sloan Square station, this property is ideal for business travellers or for a family looking for a 1/2/3 bedroom flat.

This is never a 4* property. The location is 4* but that is all. When entering foyer I was very impressed, unfortunately that is where it finished. Stayed in studio apartment 844. toilet was smelly from a previous water leak. room was cramped with dated furniture although clean. I would class this as no more than a 2* hotel. Luckily... More

I wasn't planning to book here after reading the negative reviews on TripAdvisor . However after I booked our serviced apartment thru an agency, I was told that it was the Chelsea Cloisters. Although I was offered an alternative rental after I expressed my reluctance about staying here, I opted to stay as the other option was unacceptable. The first... More

Even though the location of the hotel is great, the cheaper rooms are minuscule and with no charm. The entrance of the hotel impressive and luxurious had nothing to do with the room that was on the back of the building . The receptionist was totally unprofessional and indifferent to rude ...

Cracked tiles and exposed wiring on a towel rail are testament to some serious underfunding. A promising building could be a great investment for someone. At the moment: a clean bed, 1980's kitchen and bad curtains await. Decent size rooms though.

This is Not a Hotel as such, it is apartements of all sizes and many people stay/live here for weeks(or more). The location is very good! It is an old house and only have singlegass windows but the radiators work allright! They are trying to update the rooms, in our 1 bedroom apartement they had put a nice big bed but... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
