I stayed in a studio apartment that I did not book through the Cloisters themselves, but from a private owner through HomeAway. The studio was very small, but absolutely fine for a single or couple. The location is very good -- short walk to the Tube (5-7 minutes), King's Road (5-7 minutes), Victoria & Albert Museum (5 minutes). The nearest... More

I stayed in this hotel during one of my business trip to london and found its location quite good. I stayed in studio apartment which was not so spacious but meeting all the requirements of my stay. The location is a big plus. Service staffs are average.

Saved a pile of money cooking our own breakfasts with the kitchen. In suite laundry was great too. Not much in the was of open space, but very good location only a short walk from the station. Only problem was that internet was not included.

The location and parking are perfect . The staff were friendly and very helpful. The entrance lobby was lovely but the apartments were noisy / in need of decoration with cheap basic furniture - the first one we were shown was substandard in every way with 1 damp wall/ serious water staining on the floor and it looked grubby .The... We stayed a few days before Christmas this year. Used it as a base for introducing our kids to London. It is a very good location, about 10 min walk to South Kensington underground station. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (both rooms had double beds in, which was a bit odd) and a sleeper in the living area. The... More

The rooms are completely different from the photos. No double glazing, on a busy road, could barely hear myself think. We had to get out of there and we stayed in another hotel around the corner at a cheaper rate and with MUCH better rooms. They take your money up front, this is their trick, so when you leave the... Great location, we were attending a wedding at St Luke's church so it was walking distance from the venue and the parking next door was very handy (even though it costs £30 for 24 hours - but then what can you expect in Chelsea). The room was clean but in desperate need of modernising in my opinion i.e. it looked... More

The worst experience I've ever had in a serviced apartments block as this one. Because this is NOT a hotel, it is a MASSIVE block apartments ( 700,if you like) so bad maintained and tired that you'll be shocked- by the exception of the entrance and the reception, of course. Please, don't be fooled by the overrated reviews, the website's... More

Stayed here for 1 night mid week as we were off to a concert. Having read the mixed reviews I was concerned but there was nothing to worry about. Spotless 3 bed apartment, warm, lots of light and great location. Very easy to find from South Kensington no more than 5 mins walk! Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
