I actually went there for a work function, but even in a 5-star hotel you shouldn't charge £8 for a beer which is terrible and you can pick up from the supermarket for 50p. I can only imagine the rest of the hotel is just as overpriced... Doesn't get a terrible because the view is, to be honest, very good.

I stayed here for business for two weeks, and loved my stay there. The hotel was very clean and trendy, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast every morning was great, and the location to the tourist sites and the tube stations was perfect. There was a lot to do in the area and it was easy to get around.... More

Rooms are fairly average and the bath is small, but nice. Difficult to have 2 people in there at the same time. We had a ground floor room that panicked my wife. But the hotel is located off a side street so there is no traffic at night for this City of London location. Beware: some of the staff is... More

I stayed at the Grange St Paul in May attending a conference. Very modern and fantastic architecture. It is just across the St Paul's cathedral a London landmark that is worth the visit. It is close to the River Thames. that you can cross via the Millennium bridge that is around the corner of the hotel. It is a nice... More

We stayed here for my wife's 30th over the weekend of July 19th. The hotel itself was lovely, not quite 5 star but close enough and the views of the Shard and St Paul's were worth the price of admission alone! They also kindly put out a couple of birthday cupcakes for us and the room was clean and tidy... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night whilst in London for a friends birthday. We booked this hotel due to its close proximity of where we were to spend our afternoon / evening and this certainly was a great positive. The hotel itself is modern but quite often modern, brings with it a complete lack of atmosphere and... More

We stayed with 2 children who loved this hotel as much as we did. The bedroom was a really good size and was fully air conditioned, as it was so hot! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was excellent and staff were great. One of the children is a fussy eater and waiting... More

I spent a few days here during Christmas, and was very satisfied. The location is good for gallery walks, river walks and quite central without being stressful. Easy access with various types of public transport. The staff was very accomodating and professional, and the room was spacious, with a double bed, large bathroom and a sitting group. I also tried... Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your expectations were not fully satisfied. It maybe that you elected not to leave a credit card guarantee and therefore you would have been expected to pay for items at the time of consumption? This is a lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. On arrival we must have had 7 or 8 staff welcome us with lovely smiles. Our room was lovely, very clean with an unbelievably comfy bed. Very firm which suited me perfectly. What made the stay brilliant was the surprise arrival at or door which was a couple of designer cupcakes on... More
