Each time I've stayed here it has been faultless. The location is fantastic, right next to St Paul's cathedral, and tubes and buses on the door step. The Thames is yards away. Staff are excellent. The bedrooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. There is all you need. If you can get a corner room, and we had 501, you'll get... More

Stayed here on recommendation for a family weekend recently and left feeling very disappointed. We booked an executive room as we had two small children and when we saw the room we were given I have to stay I've stayed in Travelodges with much bigger rooms. We were advised by the booking team to book an executive room for the... More

From the moment we entered the hotel was amazing, staff were so friendly, helping us with all our bags. Rooms are gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. Great location as well, amazing to walk out of the front door and see st pauls's cathederal.

We spent one night here and would return willingly. Our room was very clean, spacious with all you could need, and extra bonus of a bath rather than shower! The bar was a nice place to chill, there is a Starbucks on site for daytime, and the breakfast was plentiful. The location is great - right by St Pauls so... More

We stayed here for two nights over a weekend. The hotel is excellently located. Within a few hundred yards there is St.Paul's Cathedral, the Millennium bridge over the Thames and a tube stop. The hotel is modern and spacious with a nice lobby. There is a choice of bars as well as a Starbucks. The room was spacious and comfortable.... More

This is our second stay at this hotel - this first I couldn't fault it at all. However, I can't say the same this time round. We were give a room in which you had to walk through the small court yard. The noise of the lifts going up and down was the first thing I noticed and there was... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night as a surprise for my boyfriends 22nd. Staff were extremely welcoming- even took our bags across the street and up to our room for us! The rooms were great, we had a very small view but we didn't mind. Bed's extremely comfortable, fridges small kitchen, even free air conditioning ;-). Were able to... More

This is an impressive hotel, the rooms are luxurious, immaculately clean with full bathroom en suits (bath and shower). The spa is beautiful with pool, Sauna and steam room available complimentary to hotel guests. St. Paul's cathedral is right outside the hotel, so views are impressive from the top. We had an inward facing room which was a first for... More

Grange St Paul's is highly recommended; this was my fourth stay since July and I've enjoyed this excellent hotel each time. Great location, just one minute from the Millenium Bridge. Very highly motivated and well-trained staff generally. Especially the most helpful and professional concierge staff. Also the guest relations team were very good, especially Sam Johnson. However, the (complimentary) breakfast... More

I recently stayed at the Grange St Pauls. Had a fantastic stay, excellent quality and service. Fantastic Central location within the city as well. The only issue I had was with he wifi, when I sat in my bed my connection dropped low, this could have been my device and position in the room but otherwise ok.

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
