It is located in the perfect position to easily reach the centre of London. Connections are really good and reachable at walking distance. The place is quiet and clean, the staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean as well. I was totally and positively surprised to fing the fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering (this is no little thing in... More

Had three nights here. It was basic, but that was ok. Unfortunately on my last night I saw a mouse in the kitchen and then a few minutes later I saw another in my room. It could have been the same one but I doubt it. The staff were sympathetic but ultimately unhelpful..It was a Sunday night and the hotel was... More

I found this hotel to be quiet, clean, and very well situated for access to Borough, London Bridge and Brixton - for the price. For the price I paid, sharing a bathroom is hardly an imposition, and I found the premises to be very clean given how many people were using them. Many reviewers have also taken issue with the... Awesome place, definitely worth the money! Excellent location (nearest bus stop: Alsace road, underground: Elephant and Castle) - it was easy to get to all touristic places. Very nice rooms, shared kitchen was just before renovation so I guess it will be even better. Really helpful staff, when we had problem, they immediately solved it. If I come back to... More

I stayed in a twin share room which came with a mini fridge, tea and coffee supplies and a wash basin. I was very happy with the size of the room. Bathrooms are available every level and kept spotlessly clean. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are also provided. There is a well supplied kitchen available for use as well as... More

This inexpensive hotel has all a budget traveller could want. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were clean, the room was decently sized, the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and to top it all off - it's just an easy bus ride away from Elephant and Castle. You will not find anything as worthwhile in... More

If you want an unexpensive place to rest during the visit to London, this is the perfect place. Located near the Elephant & Castle Underground, the best way to get to the hotel is to catch the 343 bus and you'll be in front of the Hour Glass. The service is excelent, very pleasant and (Sebastien has) always ready to... More
