The Staff here are brilliant, the hotel was clean and tidy and the atmosphere in general was great. The staff took time to help and make you feel welcome. Well done great customer service under very difficult conditions. However and it’s a seriously big however. Unless you have some strong sleeping tablets and really good ear plugs sleep deprivation will... More

Great value with low pricing for two day visit. Warm welcome from the reception and attentive staff. Good budget hotel option and happy to stay again for its convenience and pricing. Although located near a railway line my room was on the opposite side of the building and reasonably quiet for city centre location on the 4th floor. Review is... More

After recently staying at another private place in London that was awful, we decided to stay at this Travelodge, best decision ever, clean, friendly, everything we needed and close to public transport, we will be using here again.

Stayed here on two separate occasions about a month apart. As you'd expect, it's very basic but it is clean. Given the cold weather, the rooms were very cold. There's a single electric heater they leave on all the time but it's not big enough for the room. The showers are not very good, very low pressure. The biggest issue... More

Stayed at this Travelodge recently on business. Checked in by very helpful, friendly staff but soon as I got into my room my heart sank - every two minutes or so the room echoed and literally shook with the sound and vibration from the tube line immediately behind the hotel. I went straight back to reception to ask for another... More

Good service and generally clean and tidy travelodge. Just do anything possible to be on the front of the hotel the rear backs out on to the tube and DLR and is extremely loud so much so that I was offered earplugs at check in!

It's not really situated in the best of places, and also sat right next to the train line. I checked in at 5pm and was told they were very busy and had to have a room facing the railway. I was giving ear plugs at reception, I thought they were joking but if you struggle to sleep you will need... More

The place itself is pretty much like most Travelodges - functional. This particular one is very clean but what really males it stand out is the staff. I stayed last night with four colleagues and Raj and the man who took over from him at 11pm were absolutely fantastic. We had a lot of last minute work to complete before... More
