My husband and I stayed here one night in September 2010. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Tower Hill and the tube. The room was huge and clean with a comfortable bed. The value was good, for central London.

Check-in at the hotel was quick & efficient. The reception staff were very helpful & allowed us into our room earlier than anticipated.
