If your looking for a good night's sleep while in London I suggest the Premier Inn. They say they will assure you a good nights sleep and they really do strive for that. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and our room was a pefect tempture for sleeping. Some room's are small however you can book the larger rooms... more

I stayed in this hotel whilst spending a week in London on business. I wasn't all that impressed. A few small things added up which made me glad to get home. The room was too hot, but when I turned on the AC it was too noisy and obviously hadn't been run for a while and smelled pretty bad. The... more

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews on Tripadvisor. My sister and I stayed there for my birthday last year and we were not dissapointed. We had reasonably big room facing the outside. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side but it was sufficient. We had booked a twin room and were given a double room... more

We arrived on a 28Nov09 Friday evening after a long haul flight from Singapore. Our baggage was unfortunately delayed. The hotel front office staff were friendly and helpful and checked the internet to help us find out if Tesco or Harrods were still open at that time of the evening. The room we stayed in was clean with modern decor.... more

Stayed at this premier Inn for one night with business colleagues. Hassle checking in with credit card..card not accepted at automated check in so had to queue for manual check in. Corner room, reasonably well appointed though cold. Obviously used to cutomer comments as found an additional heater in room which warmed things considerably. Unfortunately was woken very early in... more

We wanted a modest hotel in walking distance of St Pancras and booked the Premier Inn because of the recommendations. It lived upto its recommendation: friendly, clean, efficient. The breakfast was generous and well-organised - even at 9:30 they were replenishing the croissants. One gripe: the pricing policy means that you have to pay for every "extra", for instance WLAN... more

We booked this hotel as we were arriving quite late at Pancras and leaving the next morning for Heathrow. A no-frills room next to Pancras seemed ideal. We were given a room on the ground floor, facing an alley leading to the street. The room was clean but a bit on the miserable side. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.... more

just recently stayed at the Premier Inn Kings Cross. Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Arrived early so could not check in at the time, but staff took our luggage and secured it in a locked room for when we could check in. check in was a breeze, no more than 3 minutes to confirm everything and get our... more
