Close to St Pancras for Eurostar, great family accommodation 2 rooms, 4 adults 3 children. Rooms were clean with all needs catered for. Food was and service excellent for budget hotel, good choices to suit all members of family without breaking the bank. Bar prices also excellent. One always hears about being ripped off in London, great for our Ozzie... More

We had originally booked the St Pancras Premier Inn but they advised a couple of months before it wasn't going to be ready and booked us here instead. I'm not sure how the new hotel can be any closer to St Pancras than this as it is literally a 2 min walk We ate at the hotel restaurant which was... More

The experience is great for me. The duty manager, Moses Malabanan, was very helpful. He helped me plan my trip for the day, and gave me helpful tips. Especially since it's my first time in London and traveling by myself, that really meant a lot. He really gave me his time, making me feel comfortable and took away some of... More

Hotel was very clean and well kept, staff where friendly and helpful. Restaurant had a good reasonably price selection. If you are travelling by rail less than 5 minutes from the station and tube, plenty of Boris buses stop out side.

Living in Edinburgh, I often catch the train to London and arrive in King's Cross station crumpled, fed up and wishing I'd brought less luggage. It's such a pleasure to cross over the road and find the Premier Inn waiting, with wonderfully helpful smiling staff, and rooms that are always spotlessly clean and comfortable. I usually ask for a room... More

My friend and our 2 girls (12) decide to stay in London overnight whilst on a sighting seeing /shopping trip. The hotel was perfect, the staff friendly and room comfortable. We had 2 extra beds while the girls had the large king! The spare beds were really comfortable. We had dinner after seeing what a good deal it was for... More

My wife and I stayed overnight at this Premier Inn before we took the Eurostar to Brussels next day. The location was excellent, being just down the road from St Pancras. My wife said that it was the best bed she has ever slept in!!. Certainly the quality of sleep was excellent and there was no other internal noises from... More

Dear Darryl P, Thank you for your review; we're pleased to see that you were happy both with the quality of the rooms and our staff service. As you say, we benefit enormously from our proximity to King's Cross and St. Pancras International stations, both of which may be reached on foot in less that five minutes. Best wishes, Nick,... Booked this hotel purely because it was a reasonable price for London and close to the train station. We were delighted with our choice. The place is immaculate and in good condition. Most importantly the air con worked a treat. We took the breakfast deal and again were pleasantly surprised it was great value for money. I've saved the best... More

Dear Larbert999, We're so glad that you were happy with your stay, and would like to thank you for telling us so. Whilst all of our staff give their utmost to ensure that our guests are comfortable and contented, Larry is certainly unique amongst his kind. Stayed here on Sun 20th July for a concert at Eventim Apollo after traveling down from Edinburgh. Had stayed at Docklands last year for a gig and loved it so had no hesitation at booking another Premier Inn. Based on other reviews here, on arrival I asked for a quiter room for my wife and I and was given one... More

Dear GloriousMcClorious, Thank you for taking the time to upload your comments; we're glad that you enjoyed your stay. Whilst we pride ourselves on having rooms well insulated from the noise of the surrounding city, particularly light sleepers are more than welcome to inquire after our extra-quiet rooms facing the rear courtyard. As always, this Premier Inn was all most people need for a short stay break. Helpful staff, comfy bed and room, good breakfast. 100 metres from Kings Cross Station, ideal for arrival and departure. Our weekend was muggy and very hot, and by the end of the day we just wanted to 'go home', meaning our Premier Inn. Can't give... More
