Very good location for Kew gardens and also really helpful member of staff told us how to get to the local tube station. (Bus to Ginnersbury tube) Really easy. We had a lovely big room and very large bed. Clean and comfortable and very quiet. Being able to park for a very reasonable price was brilliant and made the trip... More

We booked one night as we were going to Chelsea fliwer show and wanted to be near a tube station. It was only a mile from kew station but still took a while due to heavy traffic to get there. The hotel was great and we had the grab and go breakfast which was cheap and nice as they let... More

Great rooms, for London a good price, nice staff. Restaurant- eat elsewhere- no background music, bright lights, have to listen to screaming kids and horrible dry food- it was like a school canteen. Without the restaurant, it is a lovely place and there are lovely restaurants nearby- an Indian by the river was lovely.

The Premier Inn, Kew, is an excellent hotel. I had a great sleep, enjoyed the TV, relaxed in the clean and sizable room. It was very quiet. The breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got the bus from across the road to Kew Bridge Station to travel into central London. Good transport... More

We stay here regularly when we go to watch rugby and other visits to London and have always been impressed with : value for money, meal deals, bedroom comfort, safe parking, pleasant staff, clean hotel -6 out of 6 However, this time only 4 out of 6. Why? Although the hotel was everything we have always experienced, the same could... More

A good room, good service and food. The room was v warm though! Good value for money and the kids loved the Ben and jerry machine! Luckily got a space in the car park but it is quite tight for space. Staff were very polite and professional.

I arrived at 1am very tired after a long journey to find total chaos at reception. Two drunken girls were having an argument with the duty manager about payment of drinks. Pizza was scattered all over the floor and the girls were shouting so loud it was difficult for me to hear the receptionist. The male receptionist who checked me... More

We booked this hotel on-line as we had had a previous excellent expereince with a Premier Inn. The price for one night at a bank holiday was very good value. The room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was most enjoyable and varied. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We will most certainly use this chain of hotels in the future.

It's a Premier Inn and will always be so, but the check-in was efficient and staff friendly. We had a family room with two adults and two older children but it was still roomy enough for us all. The bar area was noisy in the evenings but this did not transfer to the bedrooms. On the plus-side there is an... More
