Very good location for a visit to Kew gardens or a trip into London itself, just of the motorway and easy to find next to the Thames near Kew Bridge. A modern hotel with smart large comfortable rooms, good Wifi, easy free parking if you arrive early, helpful friendly staff. But a big bonus is that you don't need to... More

Good cheapish hotel but the parking is terrible. If you aren't lucky enough to get a space then all there is a £15 meter ( honestly who has £15 in coins......) or a free car park near the shops over the road which looks decidedly rough. The rooms are good if a little warm and the restaurant serves nice food.

Recommend this as a place to stay to visit London. But get an Oyster Card for the buses.... Reasonably priced, with friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy and good food. Shops opposite for basics..easy reach for Central and outside the congestion zone.

We as a party of 4 .two adults and two children travelled along way from the northeast england shattered from the long journey hoping for a nice peaceful rest .when we checked in by the receptionist she was polite and told us what the premier inn was about. Myself and my partner work in a hotel as a housekeeper and... More

We had the pleasure of spending 14 weeks at this hotel last year when we found our home flooded and being repaired. The team at the hotel made our stay a home from home With our children opening the refurbished restaurant and the team giving my son a birthday team including a cake. The hotel was also very clean and... More

Location good, lots of pubs and restaurants close by on the river. Sadly our room was so hot it was difficult sleeping no air con just a noisy fan. To make matters worse when we grabbed an extra pillow from the cupboard there were 4 pairs of womens pants under it! The breakfast was excellent as always my wife complained about... More

My son and I walked the eastern section of the Thames Path last week, a six-day 15-miles-per-day walk from Reading to the Thames Barrier. On day 4, I had booked the Premier Inn in Kew for our night stopover. It's on the Path and I've stayed in Premier Inns before. This time, I developed serious blisters and as I checked... More

Good Premier Inn. Everything as expected in room. Easy check in and out. Efficient and reasonably friendly staff. Good value during any Premier Inn Special offers etc. Great for a short stay, quick bus ride to Kew Gardens and Richmond and other amenities.

Hotel was nice and clean. Stayed on business, the hotel was busy, under staffed and the staff were not able to cope. They were not very friendly and certainly did not go out of their way to help. The bedroom was very nice, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was spotless also. had my dinner in the bar as the... More
