A good room, good service and food. The room was v warm though! Good value for money and the kids loved the Ben and jerry machine! Luckily got a space in the car park but it is quite tight for space. Staff were very polite and professional.

We booked this hotel on-line as we had had a previous excellent expereince with a Premier Inn. The price for one night at a bank holiday was very good value. The room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was most enjoyable and varied. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We will most certainly use this chain of hotels in the future.

This does exactly as advertised, no frills,practical, comfortable and friendly. Evening dining was average but breakfast was very comprehensive and ok on value. This is a great hotel, that offers excellent value for money with great customer service and a good breakfast! I would say that it gives much more better value than a nearby expensive boutique hotel, which actually cost more for 1 night, than my 3 nights at Kew. I will be staying here again!

A very pleasant suprise for the amount of money that we paid (£19). Capped off a great day as we went to see Kew gardens for the day and within a few minutes we were in the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby and a great Thames path walk if you feel like like a stroll right behind you

The staff were very friendly and attentive,keen to please,nothing was too much trouble.
