Excellent location, 2 minutes from Paddington station. Variety of buses from the corner, including one straight to St Pancras International. Breakfast very basic, but sufficient. I had ground floor room. Quiet friendly atmosphere, lovely area with beautiful gardens opposite. I travelled alone and felt perfectly safe. Would definitely recommend.
