Stayed here for one night after a family party. The hotel is in great need of a repaint and refurbishment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well equiped. Nice and quiete so slept well. The breakfast had all that you would expect. Would use again for another family occasion but not for... More

I thought this was a very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Admittedly it is not a 5 star but for the money it is really good value. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. The staff are lovely and really helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for business and I got a single room for £55. ( the same price as a premier inn and travel lodge ) and I will never return.. The staff are lovely and work hard.. However my " room " can only be described as a cell.. I had a toilet in a cupboard sized cubical, and a... More

Just returned from an overnight stay at this hotel. Very good value. Staff lovely and very helpful. Although hotel is dated I can't complain. The room was very clean just a little cramped. Sheets immaculate as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and lovely and hot. For what we paid was very good value and would stay... More

After a 25 minute walk from Walthamstow tube station we were greeted by a useless receptionist that was unable to answer any questions regarding which tubes to take, and simply whether there was an ATM/cash machine nearby. The decor of the hotel is disgusting. Very old fashioned it felt as though we were living in a different era. Our room... More

I echo the comments of many of the previous reviews. Very "70's" decor throughout. Room very small - A double and 2 singles squeezed in, left very little floor space and made opening the (very small) bathroom 's door even halfway difficult. One of my nephews ended up staying unexpectedly and we got charged £12 just for him to sleep... More

The staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was okay, we only ate toast, because we didn't like the english breakfast (but we knew that before booking). Furthermore it was okay. You could get coffee/tea of orange juice/apple juice. Bedrooms were okay. Beds were noisy and a bit old. It made a lot of noise by moving. Bathroom was really small,... More

One of the worst "hotels" I've ever stayed at. It is very expensive for what it is. 70£ a night for a double room was a complete rip-off. The hotel is very old and dated. We stayed in the top floor, the stairs are very narrow, difficult for big suitcases. No lift. Even though there was a heatwave in London... More

As soon as you walk in you can tell what type of hotel it is! Very old fashioned decor ( see pics ) but was quite clean and good location and not bad for the money. I would stay again for work but would not take the Mrs there! A 20 minute walk left out of the hotel and you... More
