We booked this hotel because we were watching a play at The Old Vic and we were worried that we might miss our train back home. Be careful when booking this hotel via booking websites, because we booked for an ensuite room but in the end got a room without an ensuite bathroom, and had to use the common bath... More

This quaint hotel is directly across from South Bank University and around the corner from Elephant and Castle tube station. The staff greeted us with hot tea, cold water and biscuits. The room was small but clean and organized and we had our own bathroom which you don't always get in Europe. The stairs made for a very charming picture,... More

I stayed here for one night with my husband and despite initial appearances ( I gather a refurbishment is due soon ) I was really happy with our stay. Our room although a little small had a very comfy bed, nice linen and the shower in the en suite was good with plenty of hot water. Bottles of water were... More

A familiar hotel with nice stuff. We will come back next year! The small toilet near our room was a bit dirty but overall a clean hotel and as i wrote, very nice stuff. Free water and fruit at the room!

I stayed there for one night staff was very nice but the room and bathroom was a triangle which made me very uncomfortable. Had to sit almost sideways on the toilet. Location is sort of away from everything. A bit out dated as well. I could hear the traffic at 6 am thankfully I had earplugs. I would not stay... More

Stayed there for 3 nights in July. The staff is friendly and helpful and will do their best for you but I had one major problem. I booked 3 nights in a twin room but once I got there with a childhood friend it turned out we had a double room. Not at all what I had booked so wasn't... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in March 2014. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to ensure you get whatever you need. Whilst the building is getting a little tired it is always clean. The breakfast is Halal which came as a bit of a shock but it’s perfectly edible and well... More

The Bridge is a great place to stay for a trip to South London. The rooms, although small and basic, are perfectly acceptable and clean. Bathrooms are en suite. You even get a couple of pieces of fruit and a bottle of water in the room as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. The staff are VERY friendly... More

I was visiting a friend in London and looked for a hotel near where she lives and found this one. The people working there are really nice and helpful. The room was clean, so was the toilet. Though it was small I had enough space for all my bagage. The only thing which was not so positive was that the... More
