The only good thing about this Hostel is it's location. The rooms are in desperate need of attention. In four days we changed rooms four times. No heating in rooms, power points not usable, TV in room but not operational.Very big disappointment.

What you pay is what you get...the location of the hostel is fantastic - only 3 minutes from tube and you can actually see the Natural History Museum from your window. The room was small and not very cozy but if you only sleep there and spend most of your time in the city center (which you definitely will) it... More

The overall impression of the hotel is that it's in need of a bit of TLC, but for the price for that location it was perfectly okay. Reasonable price for a great location. If there is room enough you might get the whole room to yourself (my 2 friends and I got a 5 bed room all to ourselves). Clean... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
