After several months traveling in Asia it was nice to come to a place that was very clean compared to many Asia guesthouses. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean (big issue in Asia). The clerk at the front desk was very nice and helpful. One negative thing they must change is the lack of lockers! At least fix the... More

After spending three weeks staying in a variety of hostels in Ireland and England, I can honestly say this was the absolute worst hostel I have ever stayed in. After getting rejected from two clean hostels in the area that were fully booked, my friend and I headed over to Acacia as a last resort. We were given a smelly,... More

Never knew what hell might be like, till I spent 9 nights here... Staff don't care, uncomfortable beds, consider yourself very lucky if you can get wifi and for goodness sake wear a radiation suit into the bathrooms... Could not rate them any worse...

Stayed there with my boyfriend for one night. It was the cheapest we could find in central London and it's good value for money. We arrived early but were able to leave our luggage at the reception before coming back on time for check in. The guy at the reception was helpful and friendly. Our room on the top floor... More

My 28 year old Son and I stayed five nights while seeing the sights of London. (27.11.13-1.12.13) Our room on the first floor was very comfortable and warm and the bedding clean, and the bathroom adequate. It was very handy having a bathroom sink in our room too. We had a street view and opening window for fresh air. No... More

Perfect position, really cheap but unclean. No tents in the bathroom, it's like having a shower on the street, well, if you dare having a shower! It would be better without moquette carpet - moquette is everywhere!

We spent 2 nights with a friend here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, it was really pleasant. Ideal location in central London, 5 minutes walk to shops, coffees, and underground. Nice rooms and bathrooms.

Quality matches price. Service sufficient. Too small breakfast room and poor breakfast, but it matches price. Very compliant personnel. Verry good accessability to underground and buses. Small rooms but relatively clean. Who looking for this price can´t expect also luxury.
