“Nice hotel,helpfull staff”

Nice hotel the staff was very helpfull had a very nice few days at the ibis, only problem was the room was cleaned, but the stuff we used to make a drink was just left and not cleaned and no replacement milk left to make a drink in the morning. Good: One station from tower london Okay distace to regend/bond st Direct tube to euston/st pancras main train station Very clean Bad: Not cheap No convenient shops nearby Tube station has no lift to street level

“Great Value for a London Hotel”

This was our second visit to the Ibis London City and once again it did not disappoint. We are the type of travelers who basically just need a bed to sleep in each night since we plan to be out and about sightseeing most of the day. We used this hotel for a Saturday night stayover in London because it was very conveniently placed for a family trip to the Tower of London and a birthday meal at Ferdies' Food Lab in Toynbee Hall. Front desk staff were excellent. My only complaint was I do not like paying for use of the internet in the lobby. We came from Italy where it was included. A much better idea! Thank you Pam McDougal
