I stay one week on my own at the Ibis for work in the local area. The hotel is very clean and fresh. The rooms have everything you need and cleaned every day. Good value for money for London. The location is a 5 mins walk to Spitalfields Market which is a lovely area. The tube station is very near... More

Nice hotel, very conveniently located. well connected by London underground. The staff is quite friendly. Room was comfortable. Good spread during breakfast. at the time of check in they provided me a room with a better view on my request.

We stayed there for five days. Although the zone was not very nice, we were really close Aldgate subway station, and we can walk to the London Bridge and the Tower of London. The breakfast was really complete, and the restaurant's and bar's service was so good. The rooms are small but clean, with all we needed. And the staff... More

It's really clean, very close to many tourist attractions (we went to the Tower Bridge by foot and Aldgate East subway station is 2 minutes away). The staff was helpful, we were able to leave our luggage there in the time between the checkout and our flight. The only downside I see is the size of the bathroom. It's basically... More

We stayed for two days...the rooms are small (again, more emblematic of European hotels) and the bathroom was like a tube (lol, just enough space for a toilet and shower) , but it is literally a 3 second walk to the albgate east station...the whole hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly...a good value to stay in the... This hotel fully met out needs and the price is very reasonable for central London. Location is very good - few meters from metro stop, walking distance from Tower Hill. Hotel is basic, but clean, modern and functional. Tesco express supermarket just next door is quite handy to buy drinks and snacks, so we did not mind that much to... More

As usual, we felt at home at Ibis. The staff was very friendly and willing to help at all times. The bed was incredibly confortable, especially for someone suffering from back problems. There is an underground station within 2 minutes from the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Ibis London City partly because of its relative affordability and partly because of its proximity to the City of London. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet, although the lack of a fridge was a disapointment given it was summer. I also had problems with mobile phone reception and the 'free' wifi was also very...
