We had 5 days in London and used Ibis London City Hotel as our base. It was a good price, exceptionally close to the Underground and buses - next door (for the Underground) or just out the front door (for the bus). It was walking distance to Tower Bridge, with several options of coffee shops, Tesco Express and a soup... More

Nice Hotel, good neighborhood, close to tube stations and alto to the tower bridge, we had a great time . The only thing we need is more breakfast options close to the hotel . There is only one option.

Very nice hotel, pretty good quality for the money. Clean, nice real english breakfast, good restaurant and pub. The rooms are large and the hotel has been refurbished not long ago. Wifi is free. Not far away from the city, 100 yards from the Metro Station Aldgate East.

I stayed here for two nights over a weekend on a Happy Mondays rate, so it was only £80 for the two nights. I asked Accor if they had a twin room, as I was staying with my brother. They said there were none available, so I booked a separate room for my brother. I also emailed the hotel, and... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent visit to Ibis London City Hotel. I am sorry to learn that that your stay on this occasion fell short of your expectations and that the offer of 25% reduction made by the Duty Manager was not suitable enough. I am also taking on board... More

The rooms a basic ibis room, a very comfortable bed and a clean room. The rooms are not very big, but then again you only shower and sleep there. The breakfast had a wide range to choose from, you have the typical "ibis breakfast" and more. They had the actimel, active yoghurts and some red juice, lime juice,... and of... More

I stayed in Ibis London city whilst attending a conference. The location is excellent 2 minutes walk from Aldgate East tube station, or a short 20 minutes walk into the city. You can also easily walk to Aldgate tube in 5 minutes. The hotel reception and bar are done in a funky modern way which is very appealing, with plenty... More

Dear Guest, I was sorry to learn that your stay on this occasion fell short of your expectations. Stayed at the Ibis London City for 3 nights to attend a seminar. Room: Very clean, super comfortable bed, enough space to put clothes, decent TV with loads of channels, pretty quiet despite windows facing a busy street. The bathroom was small and a bit elevated so you had to watch your step. No-frills bathroom equipment, had to plug-in the... More
