Stayed there for 3 nights while on business trip in London - very short distance to Olympia London, a lot facilities around. Room was spacious and clean. The owner and stuff nice, polite and helpful. The only one thing is that the payment is requested in cash upon arrival.

Nice cosy hotel, perfect location, super clean and very helpful owner, all in all a very good experience. One thing to know is that payment is required in cash on arrival, but once that is out off the way, it's all perfect!

I have stayed at Her Majestys Hotel on many occasions; the rooms are always very clean; the beds are comfy; all rooms are en suite and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful and the proprietor Roger, is a true Gentleman. One of the highlights of my stay was chatting with him, a really nice and interesting man. It is well located for the tube stations at Shepherds Bush and Westfield Shopping Centre is a couple of mins away (you can park there for £8 per 24hours.) There are plenty or restaurants and bars in the area. I strongly recommend you visit this lovely hotel.

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Luckily we read about the cash only policy on the way over. The area is nice and near to the underground. Plus the Olympia event we went to was only about 10 mins walk. I would stay again, but I will book directly next time rather than use booking.com

Nice and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Great location as shepherds bush underground station is just 0.2 miles away and there are many shops nearby in the shepherds bush area. Would recommend to everyone.

this man took one look at my family and his treatment was unacceptable. we had this place reserved for 3 weeks came by bus and train with infant and toddler in tow in the pouring rain. He wanted my 3 month old niece to stay in a room with a bed to herself, we explained that the baby could roll off the bed therefore she stay on a bed with the mother and he very rudely dismissed us and advised we go somewhere else saying "good luck" because everywhere else was booked. the Hotel next door was actually quite nice and updated. completely apart from this racist jerk
