I found the room reasonably comfortable and the staff very helpful. It was conveniently situated for the Hammersmith Apollo which I attended for a Gary Numan gig. Overall good value for money.Breakfast was adequate and the local area had a number of eating places and decent pubs. I visited the local market and given more time would have made a... More

Stayed here for three days in October. A very good, value for money budget hotel. The room was adequate.....very clean with tea making facilities and a big fridge. Breakfast is included and although pretty basic.....eggs/beans/toast/cereal you could eat as much as you wanted! Breakfast room is small o get there at the start! Cant see why people complain//not many hotels in... More

The hotel was fine for the money-v cheap- and they provided an extra blanket and glasses when requested, however we had to unblock the bathroom sink and the mattress was very lopsided so I rolled into my partner but we still got a good night's sleep. The area felt safe as it was busy even late at night and breakfast... More

WORST B&B I'VE EVER STAYED IN. My company paid £49. I arrived at 2300, greeted with a warm welcome. Given my keys and shown to another house the other side of a junction. The place appeared to be being done up. There were mattresses in the hallway and some of the wood work appeared to have been painted recently. I... More

Pretty run down hotel. Bin not emptied on arrival, chair in room actually fell apart, shower waste blocked. Rooms felt a bit insecure too. Breakfast provided but only Dad brave enough to eat. On the plus side it's pretty well located for Hammersmith Broadway (10 minute walk or via Goldhawk Road tube) and close to Shepherds Bush market. You can... More

I was down for one night for a job interview. This place provided pretty much everything i needed. I had a clean, single room with a decent newly refurbished bathroom, a fridge, tv etc. The family who ran the hotel were friendly and allowed me to borrow a hairdryer, though i had a very heavy bag which no one helped... I booked this hotel through booking.com It was 1am and I had come to London and had nowhere to stay. I was stranded. I was also unfamiliar with booking hotels and believed there should be atleast one hotel that would allow me to check in at this hour of the morning. The form I filled in online, gave me options... this is the worst hotel I have ever been in. so lets start with the room- dirty sheets, plaster off the wall, cracked wooden work, wardrobe that is falling down, someone elses hair on the carpet and that is just the bedroom. bathroom is even better. bath panel cracked and not clean in several places, toilet pipe is exposed and... The hotel is located actually pretty good, not far from Goldhawk station and Hammersmith. Close to some Pubs, makes it nice for dudes who want grab a beer. In front of, kinda 24/7 pretty useful. -The bed was declared as a double, but I never had such a small double in my life. Was really a pain sleep in it.... More
