I booked this hotel through booking.com It was 1am and I had come to London and had nowhere to stay. I was stranded. I was also unfamiliar with booking hotels and believed there should be atleast one hotel that would allow me to check in at this hour of the morning. The form I filled in online, gave me options... this is the worst hotel I have ever been in. so lets start with the room- dirty sheets, plaster off the wall, cracked wooden work, wardrobe that is falling down, someone elses hair on the carpet and that is just the bedroom. bathroom is even better. bath panel cracked and not clean in several places, toilet pipe is exposed and... The hotel is located actually pretty good, not far from Goldhawk station and Hammersmith. Close to some Pubs, makes it nice for dudes who want grab a beer. In front of, kinda 24/7 pretty useful. -The bed was declared as a double, but I never had such a small double in my life. Was really a pain sleep in it.... More

Good Cheapest hotel we could find for a place to rest our heads after a wedding nearby, Room was clean if on the small side, basic amities in room including tea making facilities, fridge and tv. Parking available for free on weekends on roads opposite hotel. Bad The street was noisy in the small hours but expected that as staying... More

At our arrival we pointed out that there was no heat in the room. We were assured that the room would be warm later. The room stayed cold and the next morning there was only cold water. The beds were uncomfortable hard and we didn't get much sleep. The entire building is wrapped in plastic and the view from the... More

Wed 17th - 19th Feb. Room 22 had a stinking drains smell in the bathroom. I believe they were backing up into the en-suite and therefore a health hazard. I asked twice for bleach to at least kill the germs and on day 2 got given cif cream cleaner which was not going to kill anything but did slightly improve... More

When away on business, what do you really want? Do you need a trouser press? A room with a view over the harbour? Glossy magazines about other hotels in the chain? No! If it is comfortable and clean, surely that is the minimum requirement? That is exactly what I was paying for at the Euro Hotel in Hammersmith. What was... More

Stayed there for one night in room 4a. Kettle leads did not reach the socket so you had to put the kettle on the fridge where the TV is and run from an extension cord. Room was clean but quite old, bathroom door did not shut, shower looks really manky and kept going hot and cold. Breakfast wasn't amazing, cold... More

We were not given anything like the room that was pictured online. We were told to go to the next door property, No. 29 and was given the front room right on the road, was very busy & tired. No lock on bathroom door and door did not close, so therefore no privacy for son & mother booking.
