I stayed here on business and the location is wonderfully convenient for tube, rail and the venue I was attending the following day! We booked the Riverbank Plaza as one of the choices through Trafalgar Tours. We were at the hotel for 7 nights. Our room was large by European standards, nicely appointed, clean with very comfortable beds. We stayed in a supierior river veiw room - the view was what made the stay bearable. On arrival at 2pm our room was not ready had to wait until 3:45pm (fortunatly there is a bar nearby called The Rose (highly recommend) for food so we went away and came back) when we came back at 3:15 our room still... more

We booked this as part of a package. The hotel is about 10mins walk from Vauxhall tube . The room was a bit tatty and we had to ask for the carpet to be hoovered again. The shower leaked loads so the bathroom was awash. The resturant was lovely and the food fabulous but beware 2 course and 2 glasses... more
