Great location, but only average service and amenities. Lots of construction going on outside and too close to train tracks. The location is right on the river and very close to Big Ben and Parliament and the London Eye all within walking distance. The hotel bar was just average at best. The rooms were just OK perhaps a little bit... More

The hotel itself is very nice, especially the lobby and bar, was slightly dissapointed that we payed an extra £50 for a room with river view and the outside windows were filthy so it took away to WOW factor we were hoping for. Was shocked that a single vodka and coke cost £9.34!! Unsure if this is normal in London?... More

Stayed here for just one night as needed to be close to Vauxhall The location is great for Vauxhall station, and it's just a quick walk to the South Bank. The hotel is quite modern and rooms are well equipped, however our room was extremely warm. We had an interior room so opening a window didn't really help. The reception... More

This hotel is located minutes walk from the Vauxhall Tube Station and is located on the Thames River, so it cant be beat. We had just flown in on the red eye from Boston and arrived at the airport at 7am. After our hour wait through customs, and not knowing anything we decided to take a taxi, probably the worse... Lovely clean room with balcony and excellent view over the Thames to the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. We took our granddaughter for her first trip to London for her 10th birthday and the room was ideal. The hotel provided a slice of cheesecake and a personalised birthday card for her which was a lovely surprise for her! The... More
