This hotel is pretty impeccable. It is not located in the most exciting neighborhood in London, but is close enough to the tube. It is also a beautiful walk up the Thames to the London Eye where more is going on. The service is great. We stayed in a family suite on the top floor, and looking out the window... More

I stated for one night on business. Nice, smart hotel in a good location. Room was well sized, with nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. Was a shame to have two single beds rather than a double, but good facilities otherwise, including good tv and selection of channels and good mini bar. Room service was nice, with a good... More

Stayed in the Park Plaza Riverbank for a couple of nights on a London break. There were a lot of positives about this hotel. Lovely comfortable room and bed, good size bathroom including bath which I always appreciate, nice toiletries, all in all felt slightly like a boutique hotel. Gym not bad at all by hotel gym standards, a good... More

Dear Guest, I read your review with great delight and thank you for taking the time to post such positive feedback of our property. My sincere apologies if the large event disturbed you in any way while moving throughout the Hotel, as it is the one weekend of the year that the Lobby does become extremely hectic, but we do... We stayed in the PP last Saturday night as part of a weekend break to the Theatre. We paid about £105 via the PP website. To get to it you can get off at Waterloo near the Millenium eye and a 10 min walk along the Thames past big Ben OR a 5 min walk from Vauxhall. It's a great... More

I worked in London for over 4 years and stayed mainly at the Park Plaza. It is a little out of the center of town but it is not far to the tube or a bus stop. The rooms are nicely decorated but the ones that look into the atrium obviously do not have much of a view. Due to... More

I've stayed here a few times now - most recently in January 2012 on business. I've yet to be allocated a river view room but do seem to be gradually graduating towards one. Some rooms overlook the internal atrium - not a great view - but this time I did at least have an outside view - unfortunately it overlooked... More

Dear Guest, On behalf of the team may I thank you for the review you have posted following your recent stay at Riverbank. Unfortunately not all or rooms have Riverview, and the Atrium and urban view are very popular with our corporate guests. I note with concern your comments in relation to the windows as all rooms have a safety... More

We stayed at the hotel on Saturday 28 January for just one night. As we were going sight seeing we arrived about 8.30 in the morning just to drop off our case. The receptionist checked the computer and actually allowed us to check in and use the room from that time - this is something that I have never experience.... More

We stayed here last year with a coach tour company. OK - a long journey from central Scotland but oh boy! When we got there we could barely believe our eyes! I was like something out of a movie. The foyer was peopled by men in red jackets and top hats who could not do enough for you. But the... More

I stayed here last night with my boyfriend as a birthday present weekend away type thing and I can't fault the place. The service was great, the room was impeccable, and even the chambermaid was extremely apologetic after knocking on the door even though it was my fault that I hadn't put the sign on the door. The view was... More

Quieter than the very busy Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Very comfortable room, great breakfast (perfect fried eggs!). Valet parking is £26 per 24 hours. Bus stop outside hotel, tube 200 metres. Not quite sure why some people seem to have negative expereince - we shall go again. More
