Quieter than the very busy Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Very comfortable room, great breakfast (perfect fried eggs!). Valet parking is £26 per 24 hours. Bus stop outside hotel, tube 200 metres. Not quite sure why some people seem to have negative expereince - we shall go again.
