I was lucky enough to end up in an executive room. Spacious, lovely decor and furniture, beautiful, spacious (again) and presumably recently renovated bathroom. I guess with this hotel group it depends essentially on the kind of room you end up in as they have everything from very low end to decent to nice. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, I had... More

Stayed here Tuesday-Thursday, so a midweek perspective only. Hotel is well presented, and is a hotel linked with two (or possibly) more hotels which are adjacent to it. The breakfast restaurant was in the Clarendon, but was being used by hotels nearby too. Breakfast was very nice and freshly made to order. I thought it was a very good quality... More

although we had a small room it had everything you needed such as tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and safe. The price included a continental breakfast which had a good selection. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. The hotel was well placed for visiting any tourist attraction either on foot on by underground from either Russell Square... More

This was our second stay at The Clarendon and the hotel continues to provide excellent value for money. Our rate included continental breakfast and I would suggest having the breakfast included in the price as it certainly isn’t worth the £17.50 charge if not included, but aside from that, the hotel is a great choice if you are staying in... We stayed at The Clarendon last week for three nights and was very pleased with our stay in London. First of all, upon arrival, we were cheerful greeted by the reception staff and given an upgraded room on the 1st floor that was facing the garden. The room was quite large, very clean, and as shown in the professional photographs.... More

Stayed here last weekend. Great location. Euston station, The British Museum and Covent Garden were all within walking distance (or a short tube journey if you prefer). We arrived a little early but thought we would see if the room was ready, and it was. We were told we had a complimentary room upgrade and it was a fabulous spacious... More

Stayed Aug 2014, we received a very professional and polite welcome upon arrival, the room was nicely appointed and very clean. We had breakfast included in the booking which was of a good quality and although only the cold breakfast was included, for me the additional 5 GPB per day for the cooked one was worth it. The hotel is... More

a great hotel for the basics: the room was fine and the shower was good as well but there was no air conditioning in the room and the room was very hot (much hotter than it was outside!). The breakfast was very expensive so we skipped that. However, the staff were nice and helpful, and the location is fantastic: minutes... More
