I stayed here with my family last weekend and was very disappointed. Our reservation stated my party of 5 in a 6-bed dorm with a private bathroom. Upon arrival, we found that there was somebody else in our room. the person on the desk had an awful, disdainful attitude towards our complaint and was not interested in anything we had... More

Very much enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend to travelers. Pros: great location, clean, security guards outside/safe area, helpful and friendly staff, food + drink options available in the common areas Cons: avg age of the groups there seemed younger. might be more fun for university age students. This hostel caters to young-ish people who are probably traveling with a group of friends. There is a movie theatre, bar and miniature club, and drinking events and games. There is definitely no shortage of things to do here, but the tradeoff is the insulated nature of the hostel and the extent to which management watches over your shoulder. The... More

This hostel is one of the best I have stayed in. It was great. My partner and I have stayed here twice. It's well worth it. It's close to St Pancras International and Russell Square which is conveniently on the Piccadilly Line so no changing trains with all of ones luggage from the airport. The location of this hostel is... More

The only bad thing about this hostel is that you have to pay for absolutely everything.. from towels to lockers. If you arrive earlier than check-in time, be ready to pay around 6 pounds for a locker.. and it my happen that all lockers are taken or your luggage doesn't fit inside the locker. Be aware of that when going... More

We stayed in the hostel for three nights with people from school. The hostel has a very good location and is near to a subway station. I had a good night rest and had lots of fun in the bar, where there was a karaoke night & an acoustic session. Breakfast wasn't that good, sandwiches didn't taste normal and there... More

Stayed for the weekend. I normally stay at another hostel but it was full so thought I'd try this place. The dorm I was in was tiny, I've stated in 100's hostels across the world and this is one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in and a little too cramped for my liking. Room 348 (I think) needs... One night stay for my daughter and I. Excellent location, 7 mins walk from Euston. superb staff. We had a small double ensuite which was plenty big enough. spotlessly clean and comfortable twin beds. we have already booked a return. Food is budget and small range but adequate. plenty of good food nearby.
