Generator has a kind of college atmosphere, a reasonably cheap bar with events every night, pool tables, etc. My only complaint is the computers are not well-specified, so it's difficult to get much value from a network ticket. This place is currently a construction zone, not a hostel. Scaffolding and work taking place everywhere. Fair enough that they may need to renovate, but at least warn guests before taking their money. If we were advised there was going to be so much work taking place we would have stayed elsewhere. more
