The Regency staff are marvelous--Victor the owner helped me find my work locations on his map. Food was good. Room was perfect. This hotel is on a major one way street funneling night time deliveries, cops, and party going traffic into Leicest Square area. Even with both windows closed, we couldn't sleep with the racing traffic zooming down Gower St. After 2 sleepless nights, we resorted to sleeping pills and ear plugs.
