If you are going to stay consider calling a police station and asking for a cell. The services will be better, staff friendlier and the policies better! This hotel is not worthy of the name - pay attention to what people have written and stay elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. I do not have words to describe how bad this room was , or the smell of the whole building. I would never have imagined that health and safety in the UK would allow this room to be let.

Hi I had the same experience as HR, I stayed in room 12 on April 23rd - smelly, in the basement, no windows the phone and internet access didn't work. Awful experience, and completely opposite to hotel claims on the website. Very bad experience and would advise against staying there.

Stayed here one night. The boutique hotel is No28 and has a pleasant reception, however the room I stayed in was 100yards away at Number 50.
