After booking with only two weeks before our stay. We received a good deal. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable bedding there was also a hairdryer. Good coffee and tea making facilities. Ideally located to Paddington and Central London. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

But sadly I cant! On the positive side - Good location, nice green space directly opposite the hotel, friendly helpful staff, lots of fruit teas and coffee, clean and tidy room. On the negative - Tiny bathroom (you could sit on the loo and have a shower at the same time), lots of noise from the underground trains even on... More

Ok, it was a tiny single room. And be prepared for steps! For London it was very good value for money (I paid about £40). Had a nice welcome at reception and even got brought a breakfast in the morning on a tray. The place was clean - yes, in need of modernisation. But I'd prefer to pay less than... More

I would stay here again but it's really budget stuff. Rooms outdated and old but running hot water some what clean with tv and tea coffee making facilities. Breakfast to the room and was ok. Reception is in a broom cupboard and man with computer looks out at you its like a scene from a thriller film. Friendly guy all... More

Great value for money, we stayed 1 night to go to a show. It had everything we needed. A comfy bed and a shower. Also breakfast was included in the price. It's not the most glamorous of hotels but it does the job for a little break at a low cost. I will

I paid £49 for a double room. Popped in at 10am to leave my bag there for the day and a cheerful Polish lady allowed me to check in early. The hotel is dated and tired but clean. You have everything you need..or at least I did. Fridge hairdryer and kettle. Masses of free tea and coffee. A basic continental... More

Easy to find as it's just 5 minutes from Paddington station. Hotel reception is a tiny desk as you enter the premises, on your right. Room itself was very small but had everything I needed and was generally clean. Although, there was a stain on the mattress as you can see in the photos and the room was very noisy... More

We spent three nights here. On arrival found reception to be in a very small room like broom cupboard. We had asked for low floor as we had 4 heavy suitcases but were told we were on 4th floor no lift and no help. They offered an alternative in the basement which was a very small room if one person... Felt a little underwelmed when we got here and in future i'd spend a little extra to stay somewhere that actually resembled a hotel. The "reception" was merely no more than a cupboard although the person on reception was pleasant enough. We stayed in a room on the top floor, although the stairways gradually got more narrow the further you... More
