Overall no major complaints You could argue the shower is a bit small and the coffee a bit basic, but neither a reason not to stop again. A little annoyed that last time I stayed I was placed in a ground floor room right next to the main door which meant I was kept awake everyone someone went for a... More

At this price so close to Kings Cross station and yet set in a quiet back street you can't do better! Yes they weren't serving breakfast due to refurbishment, and there was a little bit of noise from the tube but realistically these are minor issues. The room was clean and the bed was possibly the most comfortable hotel bed... More

Dirty, unfriendly, not wat we wanted at all. small and i mean small the bathroom was more like a ensuite for kids. The only good thing i can say abot here is it is close to tube and there is a a green in front of it, that is all. Looks lovely when u walk into it but it is... More

We stayed at Albion House for 3 nights. We had our room several hours late without any compensation. Then we discovered the room. Very, very small room. OK, we're near St Pancras, it is very expensive, but the location is something. What is unacceptable is the unhealthiness of the room. A tiny bathroom, very disgusting, we seriously think about not... More

Me and my friend stayed here for two nights. It is in a perfect location, the tube and kings cross station was very close by making travelling anywhere nice and simple. It is on a quiet street with lots of local shops just a minutes walk away. We were greeted by a young receptionist who was very welcoming. We arrived... More

Service was really bad, the young man on the desk late at night merely grunted at us and reluctantly showed us to our room in a separate building across the road. The fact that it was raining and he was more bothered about getting the umbrella out for himself than hastening to get us there out of the wet weather... More

Dear Guest there are certainly improvements to be made. Hotel staff are instructed to help with luggage at all times ; i apologise for this and will definitely speak the member of staff and ensure he does not do this again. Umbrellas are provided for everyone to use . Our laundry is ordered in daily from specialist company and housekeeping... More

Given the location in central London, a few minutes from King's Cross the price is competitive. The room was small but adequate, we needed somewhere to change and sleep not move into. Small bathroom - shaving was a little difficult, but we managed. Grouting in the shower could do with a bit of scrubbing to get it looking better. Read... More

Room was so small we could not open bathroom door properly with cases in the room. There was only one cup and glass for a double room. Bathroom was very small with two shower curtains as shower as between loo and basin. We were charged £ 102 when amount agreed through booking.com was £100. We arrived late and reception in... More

Room was tiny and neighbours very noisy. Also too hot but thats the weather and not the fault of the hotel! Not a good sleep because of heat and noise. Great location and clean. £74 for a one night stay with a discount offer. Expensive. But not expensive compared to neighbouring hotels with similar facilities.

We arrived at reception to get greeted by very rude staff, to then get taken across the road down a tiny staircase (with luggage, no help at all) into there basement and then to our room which could barley fit the 3 of us. Bathroom was awfully small toilet practically in the shower. Couldn't walk between beds and beds were... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
