Welcomed by a very friendly staff, quick check-in, had a little laugh when entering the room...... Indeed a very small room, but: Crispy clean bedlinen, soft towels, clean bathroom. And yes the shower is tiny, but the showerhead is on a long rail facilitating my 2.01 meter hight easily. Very effective and silent airconditioner. Complimentary, fast internet.

I stayed in Elysee hotel for a week. The hotel's location is awesome : 3 minutes walk to Hyde Park, 5 minutes walk to the nearest tube and 10 minutes walk to Paddington station. The staff is really nice. However, the rooms are EXTREMELY tiny. How tiny? We could not open two suitcases simultaneously in the room. Even one suitcase... More

We stayed at the Elysee Hotel for 7 nights. This is a great place to stay if you are on a tight budget, meaning that it is a good value for your money. Given all the TA reviews we read, this place exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff, especially Dilip and Bendaz, were friendly and gracious, despite some of... More

This was an OK hotel located in a relatively good part of London. The rooms are tiny. We initially got a room so small that we couldn't even open our suitcases to lay on the floor (we were traveling from Asia so naturally brought medium and large suitcases). We had to ask for a bigger room. The 'bigger' room was... More

Elysee Hotel never disappoints. We came to London for Notting Hill Carnival on Monday which is on Sunday 24th August 2014. Had an excellent English Breakfast and service was excellent. The staff remembered us from previous visits. The weather is not as brilliant though. As long as we have comfortable rooms and quality service we will keep coming to the... More

What a wonderful little boutique hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we were very pleased with this little gem. Walking up to the hotel was a pleasant experience - many flowers hang from the outside windows and it is in a lovely area of London, very close to Hyde Park. The rooms are quite small,... More

Basically it offered a good deal for 5 days and was so centrally located and very to a bus stop as well as a tube station. However the rooms are just tiny, especially the Single room. You can harder move around and can only have one suitcase. So it's better just for a few days and only to sleep if... More

If you plan on just finding a place to sleep at night, this "motel" will be Ok. There is nothing else good about this place. Better off at Lancaster hotel down the street for an extra 8 pounds. Glad I wasn't in the room that much. Internet is pretty bad. You had to pay for each device you had. So... More

A nice older and small Bayswater hotel. Near bus to Victoria station (no 148) although a taxi from/to Victoria is below 15gbp, near Lancaster gate on central line(great for shopping/theatre), just outside entry to Kensington Garden/Hyde park.

Unkept carpets, tiny tiny areas- room, reception, lobby, it's just overall like a very average to below average experience. The location and free wifi is the only thing good about it! In addition- My room was a little higher than road facing and a single woman with a room at that level, one had to be a little extra careful... More
