Great staff, very helpful and pleasant. Clean rooms, small, but good value for the cost and just perfect for the purpose. Excellent location with easy connections to the tube and restaurants, stores nearby. I would most definitely stay there again on my next trip!

That was one of my worst stays ever! Loud through walls and ceiling. Not clean. Dirty blankets. Old furniture and almost no place to seat in the room.
