Reading the other reviews...our family of three - loved it here. We had a room on the front of the hotel facing the park. We were here when England had its recent heat wave - even without air conditioning or a fan - we stayed cool. The staff here was excellent. Our room was clean and our beds comfortable. Even... More

We were very positive at first, the location was great....but not worth it! The worst thing was the bed, the mattress was basically a sponge, so soft that we fell inside, when we complained they simply flipped it- obviously not a solution. The shower was insanely small, and it was hard stepping inside. The breakfast was just toast and coffee.... More

I was traveling alone so my room was TINY...I could hardly turn around in it, however most rooms in Europe are small unless you are paying very high rates for them. There was no air conditioning and it did get very warm sometimes. The window could be opened and they did lend me a fan. There is a safe in... More

Or in this case to make you give a hotel a really bad review. Luckily this staff member was only a problem right at the end of our holiday. But for her rude and arrogant attitude I would have given this hotel a 3 out of 5. Let me start with, this is not the easiest Hotel in the world... More

Plus side - Easy access to a Earls Court Station, clean & tidy room, continental breakfast sufficient, staff friendly, nice view from third floor. Down side - No air con, mattress EXTREMELY soft, felt like a water bed, bathroom/shower VERY small, hairdryer supplied was pants - take your own.

Small, no frills place. WiFi sucked. Breakfast: toast, 2 kids of juice, coffee/tea, 3 kinds of cereal. Nothing special. For the price I will pick a different place for sure! Rooms dark and depressing, also very hot no AC. Window did not help as it was facing a wall so not much air circulation.

Pros good location, friendly staff, wifi, comfortable beds, clean towels every day, Ideal place to use as a base close to tube and local shops and facilities. Cons hotel needs updating and a bit worn out. Breakfast is not so good. The only thing to say in truth is I would use it again its value for money.

This is a clean basic hotel, well located within 5min walk of Earl's Court metro station. It is good value for money, taking into consideration that you are in London. The continental breakfast is very basic and the room is tony but once again this is London. I would stay there again for the same price I paid.

The hotel location was great. Rooms were clean and reasonable size, however the beds seemed to be just foam, not proper mattresses, consequently, not good to sleep on. The breakfast was dreadful, free wifi worked only occasionally. The complimentary tea and coffee only two small milks were provided, not good if both of you like milk in your tea!

Lot of noise. Horrible night and the worst breakfast ever. We are from Holland. Never go here. Only the woman with the short dark hair from the recepcion was great. Really bad. Breakfast without cheese. Only jam and honey. Also no coffeemachine !!!!!!!
