We came to london on a budget so we chose this hotel based on the price. Decent breakfast buffet and reasonable check in times. The room was was quite small but all we needed for the overnight stay. Petrol station, late night off licence and macdonalds all within a 5 min walk. When it came to the shower it would... More

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in!! We stayed for 3 nights on business in london and the night porter was so lazy and unhelpful that if he worked for me he be sacked instantly! The wifi reception is dreadful and the rooms are not cleaned propperly . Also there is a family of wild foxes at... More

The room we had was good for a one night stay and it was quite close to bus stop to get to the underground station. We were allowed to park the car in their car park which was really convenient as we didn't want to pay for parking on our little sight seeing trips so underground was the best option... More

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nighst during the Easter holidays (16.4.-20.4.) with my mom, bro and his girlfriend. First of all, after our arrival to the Stratford station, we couldn't find our hotel because none knew where the number 349 is. It's far away from the city center and we didn't even have a map of this area... More

I booked on priceline and the pictures make it look like a nice budget hotel. Boy was it not what it looked like. The rooms are much smaller than pictured. My room was crowded with only clean bed sheets I could feel the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the wire hangers were all bent and out of shape. The room... More

Having stayed at this so called hotel last night I can quite honestly say it is the worst place I have ever visited I know you only get what you pay for but if I was offered a free night I would not stay here again. On check in I was taken out of the hotel to a shabby building... More

Stayed here last night, will not head back there again. The first room we were given was literally a cupboard with a bed and a wardrobe. The window looked out into the laundry room, we know exactly what make and model they use! The curtains didn't reach the end of the window but don't worry we were told, people hardly... More

Staffs were unfriendly especially the kitchen staffs. The management should see to the hotel corridors/ hallway because stinks, carpets too old needs replacement, Breakfast serves 7.am to 9.am tool early, is that delibrate for guest to miss breakfast? Hotel furnitures too old and breaking down.
