Excellent value for money, wonderful location and a real hidden gem, I may have got deluxe room as booked late but everything about this hotel was top notch, in a city that can soak up funds very quickly I was pleasantly surprised with the weekend, long may in continue and see you again this year!

We sadly booked into here for 10 nights. The room we were in was NOT shown in any of their advertising. No aircon or fan, tiny room and tiny shower. The Bed was old and terrible, we may as well have slept on the floor. Free room wifi worked on and off, was more accesable in the breakfast room or... More

I stayed in the hotel due to its proximity to Hyde Park and due to its reasonable price. Staff were very helpful, and despite the room being located beside a road there was no problem getting to sleep. The room was quite warm and a bit small, but contained amenities such as a mini fridge, and WiFi was available too.... More

Dull and shabby. Booked a single room for a weekend as I was attending a concert in Hyde park (good location). The hotel room was tiny....I mean really tiny, like boxroom. There was no air conditioning and the bed was terrible. I won't book or use the hotel again 250 quid for a boxroom, no air conditioning and a single... More

Lovely rom and better than expected continental breakfast. Good value for a city break. Location quite good with buses and tube stations nearby. We booked quite late so were not expecting such good quality for the price.

Booking a budget hotel can often be a gamble so I wasn't expecting too much of my one night stay at the Troy Hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Very nice staff from the receptionists to the breakfast waitress. Decent clean room and shower with toiletries. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, yogurts, cereals, croissants, toast etc. I would certainly stay... More

Stayed 1 week in May. It is located very close to underground and opposite of Hyde park. All was clean and the service was very helpful and friendly. Budget friendly hotel. The WiFi worked very well and the refrigerator was a nice surprise for a single room.

I’m not the 5 star kind of guy so I chose this hotel as it met my budget as other hotels were pretty pricey at the time. It’s located in Bayswater close by to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and a couple of tube stations. It’s an excellent location, has Hyde Park close by and provides a decent room... Stayed 5 nights June 2014, in single room. Would not suit large person, toilet area small. All clean, service was wonderful and very helpful. 2 mins walk to Hyde Park close to everything, Queensway & Bayswater Tube station 5-10mins easy walk. Safe area to walk around in. Grocery stores and places to eat close by. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at here for 5 nights in a single budget room. It was fine for me, but if you are a large person you would not fit in the shower or toilet area. All was clean and the service was very helpful and friendly. There was a fan in the room that I used one night but no air... More
