Good location, clean rooms with a nice powerful shower. Would have loved AirCon as it was a hot night and noisy with window open....but hey, for £72 including breakfast...bargain!!!

Our three month ago made booking had been canceld by the troy hotel. This was only two weeks before our stay. They said they were overbooked and would send us to the Gresham Hotel which belongs to the same company and said to be equal. But it has a lousy customer rating. So we had lots of trouble to find... This year it was the second time that I stayed in this hotel. It's simle like 3 star hotels in London, but there's a lift and the fridge in the room. This is not common in this category. The breakfast was simple but you can find bread, egg, cheese, joghurt, jam, honey, cornflakes etc. It's clean. The shower is quite small,... More

This hotel is in a great location, really close to tube stations and there's plenty of shops and cafes about. The room was good, for a single it was very spacious and it was clean. There was a flat screen TV and a fridge which came in handy. Unfortunately my stay went downhill from there. I was staying on a... More

Stayed for one night on business, a perfectly acceptable small hotel close to a couple of tube stations. Room and bathroom well maintained and fairly comfortable. Good value for a short stay.

Stayed here for three nights. We choose the hotel mainly because of the location and it is very good. The room was not very big but not too small either. It did however feel a little old and a little run down. The bathroom gave a better impression even though the shower was minimal, barely enough room to move. Breakfast... More

Stayed here for one night in single room. Hotel was very clean. Receptionists were all very.freindly and helpful. Room size was quite big for a single room with a good size bathroom. Hotel was also nice and quite. The hotel is situated in a great location about 5 minutes walk from Queensway Tube station on the central line and about... More

This hotel was just perfect for our trip to London. It's in a quiet street but just opposite Hyde Park and two mins walk from the tube and bus stops to town. There are lots of shops and eating places in the next street although ours was a quiet residential street. The Room was clean and tidy and made up... More

I stayed in a twin room, with my friend, for a girlie weekend. When we walked in we were greeted warmly by Jansen, who was really helpful. It also has a poster up of Brad Pitt in Troy, so a great start! The rooms are surprisingly spacious and clean with a good tv. It is not a place of luxury,... More
