The staff were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. We had room 5 which was a beautifully decorated standard room. It was lovely - not too small and the shower was brilliant. I would definitely definitly stay here again.

The location is fantastic - at the Trafalgar Square end of St Martin's Lane - and the room was spacious (for London), well decorated, comfortable and clean. However, it is as if it is run by someone who has never stayed in a hotel themselves. For example, there's no means of securing the door (chain or double lock) from the... More

This is not really a hotel, it is a property which has 6 rooms in a great location. It is currently being refurbished so most of the reception areas are under construction. However, "BEWARE" It also operates as a private members club. Last night it was hired out for a birthday party which continued until about 5am. The party goers... More

We booked for two nights but were woken at 2 am by a party in the rooms above us we went down to the reception only to be told by the young man he could not do anything to stop it as it was the landlord and he had three parties that week ,as we were standing outside at 4... More

Found this place by accident. It's not a hotel, It's a room in what is soon to be a private members club. So don't look for room service or food. If you're looking for an upmarket, clean, well located room this is the place. The various staff at reception were really sweet and friendly. I would go back ...

First, there is construction in the first floor where you enter. While we never heard anything, this is something to consider. Second, there's one receptionist who needs a lesson in manners. I felt she was very snotty and not very welcoming at all. She even told me that when the cleaning lady comes she likes you to leave. Well, far... More

We stayed here four nights this week, having booked an executive suite. I was delighted with room 6 - until, already in my pyjamas, I discovered there was no cold water plumbed into the bathroom. I just about coped with a scalding shower and - there being no way of contacting reception except in person - went down early the... More

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a pleasant experience. It's not exactly luxury, as there is no real lounge, just a guy at a desk. To be fair, the guys were really nice and helpful if we had any questions. The location is key, it's central and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, theatres, attractions. We... More

We stayed last week for 4 nights in the balcony suite. I made the reservation direct with Sydney from the reception, got straight away a confirmation and everything perfect as agreed! The location is amazing! The room is perfect! We loved the clean, white style and the bed is perfect. Extra's we loved : the balcony, the kitchenette, the fridge,... More

A very large room by London standards with comfortable furnishings and a kitchenette (microwave and kettle). Amazing location, opposite the Collisseum and 3 minutes walk from Leicester Square. The staff were helpful and charming.
