This is the perfect location for visiting the West End and also very convenient for heading to the Southbank. The hotel has a really nice feel to it with staff friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. We stayed in a classic double which was reasonably sized and clean. Probably wouldn't give the hotel 5 stars but for the price... More

We booked here for 1 night. The room on first glance looked acceptable, although not what I ordered. We should have had a twin room instead we had a queen sized bed. Not wanting to waste precious time getting room changed we decided it would do. On closer inspection the room us in need of TLC. The carpet us frayed,... More

Me and my wife visited this place for the afternoon tea during our last weekend in London. At the entrance we have received warm welcome by the restaurant manger and than showed to a table. Shortly after one of the waiting staff came around to explain the menu and took our tea order. Champagne and the afternoon tea platter is... More

I had Afternoon Tea here on Saturday as it was bought as an experience present for me and my boyfriend. On arrival, the staff made me aware quickly that I had the wrong time written down for the tea. I had written 4:00 but they had me down for 1:00. One of the gentleman (bald and working in the Carnaby... More

I stayed at this hotel for business trips in London, several nights, with my team. This week I have been really disappointed : - no Wifi in the room (I was staying in the new rooms of the building where there is no connection) - no room service menu in the room - no heating, had to ask for help... I had a great suite directly across the street from the wonderful Liberty London. Room was spacious, it was quiet, lovely shell chairs in the reception. Built with noble materials and a good nights sleep.

It was my 2nd time in the same hotel. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, location. Really in a perfect spot for shoppers and due to its proximity to tube. Other than that, hygiene - zero! I stayed for 5 days and found the shirt of previous guest which was under the sofa. Which means it... More

Great location.......however. Needs a refurbishment we did not useany if the facilities as there are many other bars and restaurants to go to. Needless to say the rooms are clean. Shame as for the location it can have a fantastic hip and cool bar and restaurant

We stayed for a birthday celebration for both myself and my husband as our birthdays are 5 days apart. I also used my free hotels.com night as part payment so it was good value. This is our first stay and I chose the hotel because of its location and the location was perfect. At the top of Carnaby Street, almost... More

Stayed her for Valentines weekend and was so disappointed with the room. We've stayed before which is why we were returning and this time upgraded rooms too. I was so excited and looking forward as the room we had on our previous visit was amazing. I couldn't wait to see what a better one would be like. I was surprised... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
