We were given a very small room with a minuscule bathroom for one night although on the website it looked more spacious. Good for Kings Cross but not worth the money we paid (£105) and probably better value elsewhere and no meals provided.

I found the price of the rooms very high for a room that was risuclousy small in size, I found it very claustrophobic, the heating was also on all night forcing us to lay with the one window in the room open for the duration of the night. I spent two nights in this hotel and found the staff most... More

After an exhausting day in a hospital waiting for my father he was told he had to stay in over night. I was able to get a room last minute for an excellent price. Stayed in room 208, perfectly clean and everything was working well. Bed was very comfy when in London again this will be somewhere I look to... More

The rooms are a bit small and the location could be better for the asked price. The only advantage of the location is the lots of subways and buses that stop here. The area is a bit dodgy in general. Overall the hotel is pretty good. The rooms are very clean but the bathroom was way too small for my... More

My room was out side the hotel building. I didn't feel I was staying in a hotel. Steep stairs. Tiny rooms. We have very noisy neighbors. I didn't feel so much safe in the neighborhood. Room is clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to kings Cross station

we had a very comfortable night in an immaculate room. They also looked after our luggage to allow us to sight-see the next day. Good value for money and a perfect location if arriving from Kings cross or St Pancreas stations .

Ok, so the room is tiny and the bathroom even more, the walls are thin, but as other travelers noted: the room (as the rest of the hotel) is spotless, the bed very comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. I stayed at the Angus for two nights and I chose it for the location and the price. On both... More

We booked this hotel rather than our usual one due to the changes in the Wimbledon scheduled dates and resulting increase in prices across London hotels and if I am honest we paid more than I believe it warranted, but this price increase was across all hotels in the area. The hotel itself is located very close to Euston, Kings... More

Location was the reason for my booking and this was perfect for my visit recently close to Kings Cross station and the tube. The room was compact clean and had good wifi. All that was needed for our two night stay for business in the city. Would definately stay again. Staff very helpful...Igor was brilliant Thanks for a great stay.... More

Stayed for two nights in a double room overlooking the square. Girl on desk was very polite and friendly and explained anything we needed to know. Room was small as was en-suite but perfectly manageable for a short stay. Tea, coffee , biscuits and water provided. The room was spotlessly clean and bed really comfortable. On checkout at 11am we... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
