This Premiere Inn must be good because this is the second time here. It is central and easy to get to. The hotel used to be a maternity hospital. The staff were again, very welcoming and friendly. My only slight issue as a wheelchair user that the doors from the lift to the room were difficult to open. Perhaps a... More

Can't fault this hotel. Every member of staff we met were so helpful and welcoming. Room had stunning views. Although really busy Danny, Raphael and all the restaurant staff were attentive and had time to chat to us and our two sons. Food in restaurant was lovely and was great to come back from a full days sightseeing and amble... More

We have just returned home from a weekend at this Premier Inn. it is a great location, within easy walking distance of so many of London's major attractions. The staff are friendly & the rooms are very clean. Individuals shouldn't be singled out. BUT on this occasion we really must say that on the Sunday evening the only staff in... More

Stayed at premier Inn Waterloo last night. We have stayed at premier inns elsewhere so generally know what to expect. Absolutely cannot fault our experience and recommend highly enough. Literally a three-four min walk from Waterloo station (exit to York road) check in was automated. However there were plenty staff there to help out. It was very easy. The room... More

Would recommend staying at this hotel in central London for the location, 2mins walk to Waterloo Underground station and Train station. We had room 1401 with amazing views across the city with the London Eye and Big Ben visible from one window. Great room with a small bed for our daughter to sleep on, very comfortable perfect size. Great Wifi... More

Stayed 27th March for 3 nights Had only been in room (908) for short while when there was awful noise like a loud whistling kettle. Then various noises from loud humming noise to rushing water. We had noticed sign in lift referring to major plumbing work which could mean water switched off between 10 am and 4 pm. We asked... More

We've just spent three nights at this hotel and couldn't be happier. The location for starters is excellent for visiting the main tourist locations, Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc. In relation to the hotel, from the moment we walked through the door the staff were brilliant. They were friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was great... More

We had a weekend in London and chose this premier Inn due to its location. When I read previous reviews I were a bit nervous about what our room was going to be like. On arrival, we were early but the hotel had plenty of storage space for us to leave our luggage. When we arrived back to check in... More

On checking in we were asked if we preferred a lower or higher floor. Thinking that higher would be better (less noise from traffic) we were delighted to find this also meant fantastic views over London. Huge windows looking out over the London Eye, Big Ben etc. Spent ages lying on the bed just gazing at the view! Beds were... More
