Stayed 3 nights on business. As often the case, often the room you get makes all the difference. I had room 305 (single) and it was very pleasant: very clean, modern, nice view out on to trees, decent size for price, comfy bed. You need to be fit if staying on 3rd of higher floor as a lot of steep... More

From all I read regarding London it is probably a good value "ok" choice. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough. The room was nice furnished, little defects got taken care of immediately. Though I found it characterless, like an apartment building quickly transformed into a Hotel. The reception looks like a make-shift reception and the staff... More

This is a very basic hotel. Close to Kensington gardens. Very small rooms which can get stuffy. No lift. Breakfast is very basic but the staff in the breakfast room was pretty rude. She objected to the quantity if yogurt we ate. I think it was a buffet so it is unlimited. But her comments were very rude. I would... More

Stayed in B05 in the basement for 8 nights with a friend. The room was a nice size (we did some yoga without banging into each other) and clean. There were a few spots where the paint needed a touchup, but that's a minor cosmetic issue. The bed was adequate but not amazing. The bathroom is of course the size... More

This is a really nice boutique hotel right near lots of shopping, metro stations(2), restaurants , bars , and a very nice upscale neighborhood. The staff was very helpful at the hotel. The free wi-fi worked great. The rooms are in like new condition . In room coffee free supply . For some reason the shower was very small. You... More

This hotel was centered right where you want to be. Next to great bars and restuarants. The outside and inside were very nice and we were happy it was just like the pictures. The breakfast in the morning was great. The staff were so nice. They even helped us book taxis. There is no elevator but that would not stop... More

We had a special deal with this booking, so it was value for money, being such a central location. Reading earlier reviews, it seemed that it was quieter to have a room on a higher floor, so I requested upper floor. We were on 4th Floor and it was a considerable hike, so beware as there is no lift. Staff... More
