I am writing this review on behalf of a business colleague that stayed for seven nights. The apartment was nicely furnished all modern comforts that you would expect to find were there. A rug on the wooden floors, would certainly alleviate some of the noise from other occupants in the building. One big disappointment was the missing telephone, although advertised... More

This is a review of 66 Turnmill St. (Blueprint Living): from the internet, there seems to be another (less good) serviced apartment nearby so don't get confused. Great location: next to Farringdon Station, which is couple of minutes from Smithfields, and v close to lots of great cafés, bars and restaurants around Smithfields, in Clerkenwell and in Exmouth Market. Close... More

Wish this were really a one bedroom, not a studio with a 3/4 divider between the living area/bedroom, and that the entry didn't lead into the bedroom part directly, but otherwise this place is fine. There have been some issues with the wifi, it comes and goes regularly, but the company has been responsive about rebooting the routers. My biggest... More

I stayed in SEP 2013. Great location, with rail & tube at end of street. Within walking distance of many sights. Modern, clean, well equipped, well managed. There is a construction site next door, but it didn't impact much because they worked 8am-6pm & I was up & about during the hours. Plus, the apartment windows are double glazed &... More

I stayed for 10 nights in a 1 bed flat. They gave us a guest bed for a third person at no extra cost. The flat I stayed in was modern, cosy, warm, comfy, centrally located and the reception was tremendously helpful. The only gripe, the flat really is designed for a couple, so the third person had to walk... More

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighborhood Profile
Clerkenwell
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
