First of all.. this is not a hotel. They don't have reception at all so be sure to inform about your arrival beforehand. For us everything worked very well. We had two big apartments and they were clean. The only problem was shower in one of these apartments. Apartments are very well equipped so cooking by your own is not... More

Pleasant little hotel near Earl's Court tube station (5 minute walk). Easy access to Heathrow airport (40 minutes with the tube) as well as the rest of downtown London. Sainsbury's right around the corner and several restaurants in the nearby area. The hotel itself was better than we expected. We had booked the 2 bed room apartment on the fourth... More

Firstly, This place is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from Earls Court Station and appears to be safe to walk at night. We had no problems. The room (apt 3) looked great, small, but we are in London after all. There were initially problems with a dangerously wonky table, but thanks to a very helpful Kubra that was... More

Second day in this place and can't wait to leave. It's ruining my trip and make me look forward to leave London. Before you arrive, make sure to pack toilet papers, floor mop, bathroom mat, bathrooms towels rack, toilet paper holder, drain opener, light bulb and maybe contractor to remodel the insufficient bath room. If they are not willing to... More

The apartments aren’t secure. We stayed at the apartments for 5 weeks and during this time found the “secure” keypads on the doors temperamental. Sometimes they wouldn’t work and other times the door would open without putting the pin in. On our last night we came to find our apartment burgled. The management team that attended were not very sympathetic... More

This apartment (number 5) could be great - it is large, in an excellent location near Gloucester Rd and Earls Court Rd tube stations and with many London attractions within walking distance. However the details let this place down - e.g. soft uncomfortable beds, broken blinds, dishwasher not working, really bad towels, sink plug missing and supplies usually seen in... More

I've been there last December and it was a pleasant stay. The apartment is clean, well appointed, well located and it is in a quite area of London. I suggest this place for a short/long stay in London.

We stayed in Apt 6 (2 bedrooms) for 8 nights in June 2013 and had a great experience. We knew in advance what to expect based comments so there weren't really any surprises. The neighborhood is nice and quiet at night (the bedrooms in our apt were in the back and not facing the street). The location is great -... More

Located 5 mins from Earl's Court station, this apartment is truly an apartment and not a service apartment. There is no reception, an extra charge for towel and linen change and very little toiletries provided. Luckily there is still a Mon-Sat cleaning service, washing machines and dishwasher to help with that. Our apartment was located right at the top, which... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
