The apartment was really nice and clean. The location was also very good, close to everything but still in a quiet area! Everything was really nice and I recommend this place to stay! I will definitly stay at Princes Square Serviced Apartments again.

It is located close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and yet is in a quiet area. Two underground stations are within a walking distance and so are mini-markets. The layout is somewhat cramped near the bed, as access to the wardrobe becomes a challenge. The kitchenette is well equipped. Complimentary wifi has reasonably good speed. Illumination in the studio... More

Room was nice, clean and modern with kitchen facilities inside, quite private also. Great location. Wi fi was a bit slow sometimes, but that was the only problem I had. Overall it was a nice stay, highly recommended.

I stayed with a friend for 3 nights. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was small, but lovely. The kitchen offered all basic cooking items. Emails were answered immediately and in a very kind way. The location is great - short distance to tube, next-door bycicle station and Hyde Park is within walking distance.

Being from Canada I was aware that the living quarters in London are far less spacious than what I'm used to, however, even with being prepared for a small room I was still shocked at the size. The room which includes a bathroom and kitchenette was the size of my master bedroom walk-in closet at home! Despite the small size,... More

When next I am in London, I will definitely try to book a room at 1 Prince's Sq. I thoroughly appreciated my week long stay here with my daughter. The building is close to various tube stations and numerous shops, but is quiet and peaceful. Attractive, clean, and comfortable, the room and facilities were superior to others we have experienced... More

The hotel is in a very convenient location, near to the heart of London and the Bayswater shopping district. The room is clean, but be prepared to make your own bed and clean the counter top as there is no staff. However, these does not matter as we were only there for a few days, and we did not have... This is not a hotel. Basically this place is only a room which means that guests should prepare their own towels and amenities. I knew it in advance after reading reviews so it wasn't a problem. The problem was the room is not good. I was in the 1st floor studio room which barely blocks noises from outside or upper... More

Thank you for your review. You are completely correct that this is not a hotel but a serviced apartments. Please note that amenities and towels should have been provided. If they were not, please contact us directly and they will be supplied. Regarding the hard water. It is certainly the down side of staying in London. Thank you for pointing... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
