I have stayed at this hotel in the past and wrote a favourable review about it then. I returned this month. I found it just as good as last time. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Tonya in particular was diligent in helping over a travel query that I had - my thanks to... More

Looking at the area where it is located you will never imagine to find an hotel so nice an cheap. Very good hotel, nice rooms and clean toilets. A safe is provided in the room as well. The only negative point is the location which is far from the city center.

The hotel looks pretty new from the outside and contrasts a bit with the neighbourhood. The entrance raises high expectations, but the rooms are average. They are clean, warm and the bed is great, but you can see there is not a very good eye (or care) for detail. Breakfast provides enough choice and variation, but could do with some... More

I have stayed here twice so far. The hotel is situated near the East Ham tube station( 10 minute walk) and has lots of Indian shops and cuisine nearby. So quite convenient if you want to travel around. The hotel is clean and a good breakfast is served. The downside is that they are overpriced if booked in advance. So may be worth... More

Dont use this hotel. I've never seen such a bad hotel. I'm gonna add some photos nearby, you will understand their terrible hotel rooms. Their rooms arent comfortable, staff ise especially sales manager doesnt help with your trouble, their staff arent friendly not generally especially sales manager. The location itself isn't ideal, far away centre of london. Also They arent... More

Good Afternoon, I am very disappointed about this fabricated review. It is impossible for you to upload pictures of the hotel as you have not even stayed here and are scheduled to arrive in mid November. The reason you lied in this review is because you wanted to cancel your stay at our hotel and were unable to due to... More

Stayed with relatives from India and thought the hotel was really nice. It's fantastic to have free parking in London and carpark felt very secure. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast-fairly cheap ingredients but a good selection of things to chose from. It was served in a corridor and got quite congested so would have preferred a bit more... More

The room was comfortable and clean, absolutely nothing to complain about, we had a good sleep. I tend to spot the flows easily- and there was none. We had everything we needed in the room. The location itself isn't ideal, but the access to the city centre is easy indeed, so it's not such a flow. The hotel staff did... More

After seeing loads of hotels for £100+ we decided to go for the Ruskin Hotel for one night, based on reviews, and we weren't disappointed. The room was spotless, although sparse and a bit echoey. The bathroom was also very clean which is always a bonus. However, I would say that only having a mirror in the bathroom was an... More

Ruskin hotel is clean, contemporary. The price is often quite reasonable however some days it's extortionate and isn't worth the money. The breakfast is a continental breakfast which can be a let down when you really want hot food. But it's somewhere I would recommend and stay at again if the price was right.
