My wife and I stayed here with my daughter, her husband and baby on 17th and 18th November. For the price that we paid there is nothing I could complain about. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, beds very comfy, internet once we got help from reception worked well. Downstairs in the bar the prices... More

Very nice, clean hotel and the staff were fantastic! I slept like a baby! Even if it was the 5th of November! The breakfast was good too, a nice (not extensive) selection of hot and cold food Better than some Premier Inns in my opinion Thank you very much indeed

Stayed for 1 night before travelling abroad with my mother and 7 year old daughter. Lovely and clean. Room was a bit small due to being on top floor so the eaves cut in over one of the beds. Beds were very comfortable and a nice en-suite bathroom. Lovely friendly staff. I got talking to the chef from the attached... More

We paid 70 euros per night for a standard double room including breakfast and it was nothing more than a decent accommodation! I don't recommend this hotel to people who want to visit London as it takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of London and the oyster card costs 36 pounds (zones 1,2,3) for a 7 days unlimited... Good Morning Sir, Thank you for leaving us a review. I totally understand your comment with regards to 40 minutes travel into the city. Unfortunately, the hotels located close to town are more than double the price per night. Our hotel is only 2 years old and offers fantastic value to guests who visit London. We are almost always the... More

Paid for a 'king sized' bed. And it actually turned out to be to single beds squashed in together and was such an uncomfortable sleep. Paid for a hair dryer, and after showering I came to realise it wasn't in the room. - called reception who made me go out of my room and to the main reception to go... More

Good Morning, Thank you very much for leaving us a review. As a result of your review we have ordered several new hairdryers to ensure this does not happen again. Unfortunately reception staff are unable to leave the reception area unattended so I would like to apologize for not being able to bring the hairdryer upstairs. Our prices are always... More

Stayed here for one night in October, arrived early room wasn’t ready, but that wasn’t a problem for us, reception staff agreed we could leave our car in the secure car park. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to East Ham (District Line) zone 3-tube station followed by a 35 min ride into central London. There is an abundance of... More

Good Afternoon, Thank you for leaving us a review. It was disappointing to hear as we did rectify the situation albeit nearly an hour after the initial complaint. I feel that the noise on that night has contributed to the poor review score. This is totally understandable as you did only stay for the one night. Unfortunately our busiest night.... More

I stayed at the Ruskin some time back, and happened to forget my handbag, jewellery and Ipad in the safe (this was my mistake, I acknowledge), but after calling the hotel, they advised that they had found nothing. Very disappointed, as it was expensive items, and I had no idea about the hotel or location - due to relocating to... More

Good Evening, Many thanks for getting in contact with us albeit with a very negative review. Thankfully this can all be reversed. We can confirm that we still have all of your items in lost property. Usually we dispose of the goods after 6 months but because these items were of high value we decided to hold onto it. Please... More

4 friends, 2 rooms, 301 and 302. Quiet rooms, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and a great shower. So for the basics it delivers. Location in East Ham is quite far out of the centre, but the station is close by and the District line is a great service and takes about 20/25 minutes to the centre. The breakfast offering was...
