This is a wonderful place to stay. Deepa is a great host and ensures that you are very well looked after. It was lovely to be able to have breakfast around a large table and to chat to the other guests. Each day we walked into London through Primrose Hill and Regents Park. It's a good walk but a very... I stayed here when I went to watch a concert at the London Roundhouse theatre. The Gardens is about 15-20 minutes walk from there. If you travelled via the Northern Line (the one going to Edgware), you can either get off Chalk Farm which is about 10-15 minutes walk or Belsize Park which is about 5-10 minutes walk. Coming from... I was staying at the guest house at the time of the this attempted booking. The call began in just the same way as several other 'cold calling' sales companies who seem to plague this small business. I have the same problem on my business line when back at the office. I cannot recommend this guest house highly enough. It... More

Called as per website. I asked the lady how she was...she said "I'm busy, how can I help you" ???? Very ride and unprofessional. It was a short conversation. Thankfully, I learned early what I needed to know about their customer service.

Dear Madam, Thank you for your comments. When I answered the phone, you did not actually start the conversation by saying that you were interested in checking availability but instead asked me how I was (as if you knew me very well) I incorrectly assumed that you were a cold caller (from a call center) of which I get about... I have stayed twice now with Deepa whilst visitng my son and his partner who are also living in Belsize Park. After such a long trip from Melbourne, I immediately settled into this wonderful guest house. Deepa made me so welcome, and is so knowledgable about London. I still miss her wonderful breakfasts! The Gardens Guest House is walking distance... More

My wife and i stayed for a total of 5 nights and loved everything about this little gem.We arrived a bit late but this was not a problem for the lovely Deepa the owner operator, she helped us with our extra large suitcases up the stairs and helped us get settled in ,once that was done, pointed us in the direction... My partner and I are just back from a weekend meeting friends in London and were thrilled to find this little guest house. After arriving much earlier than planned because of me not feeling well, Deepa made us both feel very welcome and let us rest in her lounge while our room was being prepared. The guest house is only... More

I only stayed at The Gardens for one night but would have been happy to stay for longer. Our room was clean and comfortable with nice decor, tea and coffee making facilities, free wifi, TV and lovely ensuite shower. The breakfast room has one large communal table and is piled with delicious foods. There is everything you could want from... More

The most beautiful room with a very nice bathroom. The room was cleaned every day, and we had the most luxuriuos breakfast served by Deepa, the most wonderful and charming hostess. The guesthouse is very close to Belzise park tubestation and just 15 min. walk from Camden Town. We would definitely recommend it to everybody. Malene and Ole from Denmark

booked 2 nights here with my partner. it was a great place to stay. We were in room 4, which was great as it had a really good bathroom and shower. Its a 5 minute walk from Belsize Park tube station. We will book again when we have another jaunt to the big smoke.
